I'm not sure he's demeaning, but just being realistic. This issue is not unlike the people on this website that, in the weeks before the election were swearing up and down that McCain would win PA or something like that.
There are people on here that don't know anything about the law and because of a vocal minority, they are being led astray when the fact is that the Supreme Court is about as likely to hear this case as a group of aliens coming to Earth and kidnapping Obama sometime before Jan. 20.
There is no way on Earth that the United States Supreme Court is going to undo the results of this election. Will. Not. Happen.

Who the heck is he? Or more pertinent, is/was he an American citizen? Also, that confuses things because LEGALLY the “father” is defined as the husband even if not genetically, that is still the law in many states, but even if Obama Sr was the “husband” that marriage was theoretically invalid since he was already married to another woman, so in actuality he would not legally be the Father if it can be established they were not married, that is only if this other guy was the biological father. But if the marraige was considered legal in because in US and previous wife in Kenya, then Obama legitimate and Obama Sr is legally the father even if not biologically, and from him Obama derives his citizenship status ....that is a tangled mess.

I’m going to hold out hope a little longer. The Justices held private conference. Cases granted certiorari may have been posted already. But there is still the possibility for news of further deliberation or order to appear on Monday. I suspect they have had, and/or are having, a “lively debate” among themselves. The Constitution must be valued over all ... including charismatic personalities of ethnic candidates.
But, if they did, undue the results of the election, would you be happy? I am not sure I would be happy, but I would feel it was necessary to preserve the Constitution. Too many people are not giving it the regard it deserves. Barry, the Media and the DNC - with some help from an incompetant GOP - have put us in a very dangerous spot.
Could it be that Hilldog was using Obambi all along and her arrogance made her think she was going to win, thus, she didn’t beat him up too bad?
However, we have to remember, the first of these charges came from people in Hilldog’s camp, not our side, so maybe Hillary did have something and just wanted to keep her hands clean?
Remember, the bulk of these cases aren’t from Republicans. The first charges where from Dem Hill supporter Berg, Corsi supported Baldwin, Keyes is an independent, and I believe Leo is some sort of taxpayer party member. This isn’t a ‘Republican’ conspiracy.
Does a case being taken to conference ever get dealt with by issuing a remand with stipulation and not being put on the docket for cert?

No one is asking the election be undone. He won that part fair and square.

If the electoral college got together and voted for one of the Olson twins, we would have exactly the same problem. Some steps would need to be taken at some point in time to make sure whoever they elect meets the Constitutional requirements.
Not necessarily, see post 485. Most states the father is legally the father even if not biologically, if parents are validly married (which is another question too here). Simply being the biological father, in other words, is not enough, you have no rights if another man is married to the mother of your child. That was common law and standard law for years, and may have been in Hawaii at the time, and still is in many states.

Sorry I have researched several thousand links and don't have them all at my disposal. Further rumors are that avid Hillary advocate Phil Berg had one of the copies.
If Berg's case got as far as being turned down by the supremes it was probably because he had something like the real BC in his corner. Many legal minds suggest that the berg lawsuit,which it touted so much by the dbm, was very poorly prepared.
I think it is always put on the docket.

How many lawsuits and how many variations of people who “have standing” will it take for the courts to take seriously those of us who are defending the constitution, as written by the Founding Fathers, in whatever way we can?
