Aren’t the American people smart?

This nonsense reminds me of when the simpleton Jimmy Carter took office. Rolling Stone and other so-called avant garde media (along with traditional biased outlets like the Washington Post) were gushing about this brilliant man of simle tastes bringing a government to Washington “as good as its people” and all the amazing new innovations the Prince of Plains would give to us. Three years later, no one would defend the man who brought: 1) remarkable inflation; 2) dougle digit unemployment; 3) 21 percent mortgage rates; 4) lectures to the rest of us on the “inordinate fear of communism” while the then-Soviets invaded Afghanistan; 5) half-day lines for a half tank of gasoline; 6) the ridiculous raid on Teheran which like his presidency, ended badly.
I’m not sure there has ever been a presidential honeymoon period as tender and loving as the one that Barack Obama is experiencing today
Could it be that he is not President yet? I mean really this is the one thing I find so odd this election cycle. Everybody believes that he is President and he still has over 50 days until he takes office. He has a road to go before taking the oath. Supreme Court has some possible say in this. Stop thinking that Obama is President of the United States Today! 20 January is the date.
but it’s going to be tougher than a Waffle House steak,
Hey now they are pretty darn good after a long night of drinking as I have had many during my youth. lol.
Before We Carve Barack Obama’s Face on Mt. Rushmore
I would sugeest imprinting it on rolls of toilet paper first..
At least he would then serve a purpose.
Pride with the black population, a huge selling point with the PC press/market and just an overall realization of MLK Jr.’s "dream coming true”. I know pro-Obama people have not actually listened to MLK’s words (Judging a person's character rather than the color of their skin) but one does need to take into account there is going to be tremendous hype/"love" for a long time to come just because of past injustices faced by minorities.
A lib friend told me that Obama better "get his butt in gear and bring back the jobs that were shipped overseas". Apparantly she deserves one of those jobs although with some conditions such as hours that are convenient for her, etc. I asked why the government should guarantee her a job (mostly for her psychological benefit) but didn't get a good answer. In my mind BHO could make jobs come back from the third world by bringing the third world here. We are due for a substantial drop in our standards of living regardless of what he does.
An obsession like this will lead to nothing but trouble. You can feel it coming.
This “great” man, Obama, has he buried his whitey gramma yet? Does anyone bother to ask? Has he been to her memorial service?
It is so weird how this man is expected to answer to nothing.
I would suggest hoisting a paper mache head atop Mt Rushmore because this guy is a fraud, and in time, the luster will disappear.
But even the Obamas both acknowledge that he hasn't done squat... EVER!
Seems the typical Affirmative Action move to me—no doubt with the same type of outcome that often happens when an unqualified person is chosen for a job merely because he or she fits the pigment profile.
LOL!

Obama’s time for not answering to ANYTHING is about to end. And the time for the media to avoid asking him ANYTHING is about to end.
The decision about to be made at our US Supreme Court will set in motion the ASKING and ANSWERING of many questions!
Oh yeah?
Well, I can look like that now too!
