another nearby passenger ship to assist
Gumby Suits are fashionable down there this time of year.....
It’s a little fellar compared to the last cruise ship that sprung a leak down there

Didn’t a small cruise ship sink down there last winter?
Gosh I forget the name of it....
But I do remember everyone being rescued.
Thanks!
Very soon, we will hear more about the oil leak than the potentially dead passengers.

Any chance it was filled with people wanting to experience first hand how global warming was turning the antarctic ice into a pool of sea level rising death and vengence targeted to spite humanities egregious attempts to improve their standard of living?
All the while burning 100's gallons of diesel per hour on their three hour tour...
Tell them to anchor on the antarctic continent, send them a couple tents, 4 propane tanks and a space heater. Post you tube videos to help document their experiences regarding the raveges of global warming.
Rescue them in 6 months.
Just a thought...
In December 2007, a Norwegian cruise liner, Fram, floated adrift for two hours before rescue in the same region with 256 passengers and 70 crew on board after its engines failed.
In November 2007, a Canadian-owned ship, Explorer, sank after hitting an iceberg.
Algore’s Fault! He’s created an ‘industry’ of ‘idjits’ wanting to see ‘Global Warming’ up close and personal. ;)
Perhaps some Greenies are about to have a "Come to Jesus" moment.
The MS Explorer.
I’ll stick to Alaska and the glaciers on a big big ship , I’m not that adventurous for that kind of a ride if I can help it. They were very lucky.
This one is a remodeled oceanographic research ship or such now carrying paying passengers.. no casino even. :-)
She is a beauty.
Glad I put off my trip until next year!

Some environmentalists went to Antarctica to see the dwindling ice and hit an ice berg. LOL
Haven’t any of these Antarctic cruise passengers ever heard of the Titanic?
I mean, ice wins out over steel anytime. Our honeymoon cruise took place where the ocean temperature was warmer than that of the ship’s swimming pool.
Gee, why did that cruise ship eventually die of old age in the scrapyard?
Beware of Ice Pirates.
I hope they don’t appeal to Chris Dodd for a bail-out.
At least they don’t have salmonella, as all of the customers on so many other cruises have had.
