I think that shows that they must be at least a little worried, and want to mobilize opinion against SCOTUS hearing the case.

As Hawaii's Pacific Business News reported in October: "The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed on Friday what Barack Obama has been saying all along: the presidential candidate was born in Honolulu.

Where is the exact statement from this person? I don't recall ever seeing a press release from anyone in Hawaii with any authority to rule on these matters. If there is such a statement, then I missed it. All I've seen is paraphrase.
