India has proof that the Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI was behind the deadly Mumbai attacks. Sources have told NDTV that ISI trained the attackers.
The names of trainers and the places where meticulous training took place are also known to the government, the sources said.
The United States is believed to have even more evidence some of which it has shared with India, they said.
The US has told Pakistan that they have proof of terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba's role and sought the arrest of its chief Hafeez Sayeed.
Sources added it is hard to imagine that Pakistan army was not aware of Mumbai attack plan. They say Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari is not fully in control and the ISI and army are calling the shots
The deadly attacks on India's financial capital left 178, including several foreigners, dead.
Chairman of US Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen, who was in Pakistan on Wednesday, is believed to have told his Pakistani interlocutors that Washington had enough evidence to show a Pakistani hand in the attack, the sources said. (With PTI input)

Don't get me wrong, I am not hoping for 17 million dead human beings... but the world does go mad every 60-100 years or so and we humans do things to one another that defy understanding.

For I ask this softly....
Isn’t this Zardari the fine husband of that lady who was trying to milk fame out of running against Musharif? Sure she was hailed as some sort of heroine but her background was more American than Pakistani as I recall, including attendance at some fancy prep school.
Anyway, she got killed in one of those famous Islamic staged events where they pay people to come out and act like assholes, much like those cartoon riots. The thing was staged, which Pakistan admitted. Somehow, somebody got into that crowd scene and managed to kill Bhutto or some such was her name.
I’d read, maybe between the lines, that somehow Bhutto’s husband was behind her murder but again, reading between the lines gets blurry at times.
Now is this Bhutto husband a patsy for some other, larger group? Could he have been paid to help murder his wife so that he could just be a manipulated figurehead?
Enquiring minds want to know and I stipulate, the above is speculation.

We can thank the US State Department for that fiasco.
Alternate scenario: Pakistan nukes Mumbai, New Delhi, and a few other cities, causing 10 million casualties. India's remaining 900 million Hindus respond by killing every Muslim on the sub-continent with conventional weapons, leaving their nukes to take out China if the Chinese even make one remark.
As long as it hampers our War on (Islamic) Terrorism, they’re all for Chaos.
