Sounds like a real stable fella.
Anyone expecting them not to throw out the case is just setting themselves up to be disappointed.
However, I will be very surprised and pleased if they don’t.
If liberal judges can ignore or spin with impunity the clear text of the main laws of the US Constitution,bypassing “technicalities” like presidential requirements is kids stuff.
All it takes is a blind hatred of traditional America.
Whatever happens, people will know in the future that eligibility will be examined.
IMO that’s a damn good thing... no matter the outcome of this particular case.

Interesting that they say those interested in the lawsuit are ‘opponents of Obama’s election’ rather than ‘defenders of the Constitution’.

False. It asks whether Obama is a "natural born citizen", not a citizen. He is a citizen, but he has not proven that he is a "natural born citizen", which is a more stringent standard.
What happened to the last one to go to the USSC? They were supposed to make a decision before the election. I don’t see much hope.

For whatever it’s worth, wikileaks.org has posted Barack Obama’s birth announcement. This is reportedly from a Hawaiian newspaper’s microfilm archives, which were found in a library.

I think Bill Clinton lowered the standards so much for ethical conduct that Obama figured he could get away with it. Sooner or later our country was bound to have someone with so little respect for our constitution that they would try this. Only an extreme liberal would do this. He has gone to such lengths and expense to hide his past in so many areas. He ran for president and got millions of donors some of them not well off at all to give money to his campaign. If it comes out he is not eligible and is not sworn in, when the rest of the country finally "gets" it he will be a hated man in this country. I have said it before here right after the general election I think he will go from messiah to pariah.
If it doesn't go this way heaven help us.
Wrong. No Hawaiian official has ever said Obama was born in Hawaii or he was a natural born citizen. They merely say he has a BC on file and it is possible under Hawaiian laws that the BC will indicated he was born in Kenya and the birth was registered in Hawaii.
I keep seeing the “Hawaiian officials agree” but don’t read that in the Hawaiian officials’ statements that I have read. What are they quoting that from?
I do believe this will come back to bite them in the near future though.
