An anti-tax activist from upstate New York who is questioning whether President-elect Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen" eligible for the nation's top job said Tuesday that his non-profit group spent "tens of thousands of dollars" to get his message across in ads in the Chicago Tribune this week.
Robert L. Schulz, 69, chairman of We The People Foundation, took out ads Monday and Wednesday to raise questions about whether Obama's Hawaii certificate of live birth is authentic.
The ads echo accusations circulated online by some Obama opponents before the election. Cases challenging Obama's citizenship have been tossed out of local courts in several states, and Hawaiian officials have vouched for the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate, which is locked in a state vault. The Obama campaign likewise has always dismissed the accusations.
Nevertheless, some critics remain dubious.

I think we know the answer to that question.
Why doesn’t Obama just release the vault copy of his COLB and be done with it? We know the answer to that as well....HE IS HIDING SOMETHING BIG. Not sure what..but he has spent millions of dollars to keep it hidden from the American people.
Bottom line.....There is something very sinister going on with this issue and it isn’t with the people raising the questions. According to the Donofrio suit the issue isn’t even with his BC...he is not a natural born citizen as required by the constitution. Thanks for the ping Starwise.

If she was 17 or 18 at the time of 0’s birth, that means that no matter what excuse is made he’ll never be granted the status of being a natural born citizen according to the law at the time which stated that a citizen had to have physical presence in the U.S. for 5 years after the age of 14 in order to transmit citizenship to their child.

I can’t work on it again for a few hours, but intend to have it finished for tomorrow morning if it takes all night. I may present a draft of it for you and other FReepers to peruse and comment upon, very early in the morning.
The intention is to have **one document** to present to the public by email, etc., and something to stick in front of the noses of the media, to help them get their acts together. Once again, it will have lots of very pertinent links and it will be promoted as something which will be updated in ensuing days, on the I.O. site.
It will be longer than “Barack Obama: Career Path Toward a Neo-Marxist Presidency,” probably only two or maybe three 8.5x11 pages worth.
Of course, anyone else can do the same! Any and all will be invited to help to put it out and get it contageous and communicable, if you deem it worthy.

His birth record has been amended (probably more than once). That is why it would be so interesting to see the original certificate.
