Actually, I just googled it, and Snopes denies it. But in fact, it’s apparently true. There are 57 states and 3 observer states in the OIC, Snopes reports. It’s worth a look, if you want the details:

Agreed. Those in authority were unable to do anything about this while Obama was a candidate. Now that he is president elect, there isn't a chance in hell they're willing to do anything about this NOW.
There are more important winnable issues on the horizon. Time is better spent working on those, you are right.

A blessing in a mosque which confirmed his name “hussein.” Actually, I believe that Baraka Hussein means “blessed Hussein” in Arabic. And the story may be likely enough if he was born into a Muslim tribe of a Muslim father.

Those in authority who could do something about the question of Obama's eligibility, would have done something about it when he was a candidate, IF they were going to do anything at all. They didn't and they aren't. NOTHING will be done about it no matter how strong the evidence. It will all be ignored. They will not risk rioting and chaos.
As such, it is a losing issue and any time spent on it is a complete waste. Furthermore, since the MSM and anyone in authority to do something about it, have been ignoring it and will continue to ignore it, it makes conservatives look like petty poor sports.
And I say the above as a person who is extremely concerned about the destructive effect an Obama presidency will have on the future of our country.
I strongly favor resisting Obama in any effective way possible. Making an issue of his eligibility is not one of them.
People have died for the Constitution. The least I can do as a citizen is honor what they died for.
