A mere 5 million viewers tuned in Friday for the 8 p.m. bow of Rosie O'Donnell's variety show, "Rosie Live," on NBC. The show has been dropped from the network's schedule.
Among those making appearances on the hourlong program - conceived as a throwback to such series as "The Carol Burnett Show" - were Alanis Morissette, Alec Baldwin, Clay Aiken, Ne-Yo and Liza Minnelli. It earned a 1.2 preliminary rating among adults 18-49.

Well Rosie beats Cop Rock’s record.. impressive.
*Rosie O’Donnell Dropped After One Show*
That is especially gratifying when you consider the absolute garbage that has been on television for years. She must have stunk too bad for even the garbage shovellers.
The joke. You missed it entirely.
Ow, my side hurts.
Fixed it...
Yeah, I know..........as in, “who the heck is Rosie?”
I didn't know it was possible to lift her off the ground without heavy equipment ...
Maybe that’s what caused the “small earthquake in Canada”...and elsewhere! LOL!
Rosie the B O M B!
~nork~
They were the best! Thanks for the reminder of what a
variety show SHOULD be like!
ROFL!!!
I grew up watching variety shows with Dean Martin and Jackie Gleason....today you have Rose O’Donnell and her ilk. What mediocre times we live in.
how does a fat, smelly, loudmouth get so popular (?) in the first place???
This reminds me of Ellen Degenerate whose carreer only exists because she is openly gay (does she have any actual talent?)
Or Bill Mahr- another no-talent brainiac (in his own mind) who owes his carreer to the fact the he is an extreme liberal and is willing to say so on TV
How many dozens of no-talent libs are there like this? A conservative has to be a stunning success to get any face time (rush, hannity, etc) but liberal can boost his carreer just by saying nasty things about republicans
OMG, speechless.
Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers watched this from purgatory and were immediately released to heaven, this was their penance.
