The Supreme Court took aim at one of its favorite targets Tuesday,...

The implication is that the 9th circus is really OK but that the nasty USSC just picks on it because it feels like it. Thanks A-hole Press.

Very badly written article.

“...in the case of Michael Robert Pulido, who was convicted for his role in robbing a gas station and killing the defendant.”

The defendant killed the defendant? I wonder if he really killed the attendant?

Do they mean attendant? Seems Pulido would be the defendant?

I know, and at some point, it seems they should have to pay a price for such consistently bad rulings.

If it's any consolation, my brain is whirling too.

I hope they meant "killing the attendant", and not that he was convicted of robbing and killing himself.

I think that was one of the scariest parts of those movies. The ring wraths on horse back were some pretty scary stuff for any movie actually.

AP gives another High School Musical error-filled and prepsterously biased article, so poorly written that a 10th grader could produce a better work product.
