Willacy County District Attorney Juan Angel Guerra had accused Cheney and the other defendants of responsibility for prisoner abuse. The judge's order ended two weeks of sometimes-bizarre court proceedings.
Guerra is leaving office at the end of the month after soundly losing in his March primary election.

As American freedom slowly yields pride of place to self-indulgence and thence to outright licentiousness, such that all social sanctions fall, more and more mental defectives emerge.

This was over before it began. What a waste of taxpayer’s money.

Juan Angel Guerra needs to have a blood test for socially transmitted diseases.
They do have a test for liberals don’t they?

The prosecutor should be prosecuted for abusing the powers of his office and stripped of his pension. Taxpayers should not give another dime to this shadow government brownshirt.

District Attorney Juan Angel Guerra is a typical Texas democratic Moonbat.
You should have seen the guy yelling at the judge in open court, gezzz what a bonehead.
We here in Texas knew all along these charges were nothing more than grandstanding and high stupidity on his part.
As conservative a State, it is unfortunate that we still have a few special needs moonbat Democrats that shoot them-self in the foot from time to time.
But we try to be nice to these people regardless, cause its a sin to inflict unnecessary pain on dumb animals.

Probably working out of his mom's basement. Should have called it “Operation Goinnowhere” and named himself “Dumbass”. Jeeze, how would you like this guy representing you in court?
