Ah, yes, of course.

As will most Republican office holders, Republican pundits, Republican media, and Republican citizens.

Being good losers are what we are known for....hence the 40 year liberal dominance of MSM/Hollywood/Academia/Bureaucracies.

Being in the minority is just so comfy cozy.

Start slowly—maybe that will wean you off the box. Try to go 3 days at a time w/o tv-—that will give you a good idea of how peaceful life can be. Have a good book or two on hand when you try this——and keep refreshing FR for the latest news.

Anyone who rises to a 4-star rank, becomes a member of the Joint Chiefs and serves as the Commandant of the USMC is a “political animal.”

I am a Marine Veteran and I will say this; I look on any general officer that made the grade during the Clinton years with a critical eye. The politicization of the Marine Corps officer corps during that time was terrible to see. Jones is a political animal, the question is where his politics sit relative to his patriotism.

Every single one on this list are members of the Council on Foreign Relations. (CFR)

Barry’s not a bit shy about his appointments.

We need another "Chesty Puller"! To bad he never made Commadant of the USMC!

Good Night Chesty Where Ever You Are

"Our Country won't go on forever, if we stay soft as we are now. There won't be any AMERICA because some foreign soldiery will invade us and take our women and breed a hardier race!"

I concur, Jarhead. Any flag-rank officer post Desert Storm is suspect. There are exceptions, of course (Franks and Petraeus, notably), but they are sadly few.

Where’s Chesty? We need him...

Lol! Yeah, robert byrd is indeed "it"!

'Course hillary would probably only have to holler, "Boo!" at him and he would fall over with a heart attack...one less in her direct line to the WH!

He’s still using that seal. It’s on the top of his “ The Office of the President-Elect” sign, just smaller.

Good grief - none of these people are qualified to answer the red phone. Heaven help us all. Napolitano in charge of national security? Please - and they said Sarah didn’t have enough experience. What a joke this is.

There is no such thing as “The Office of the President Elect” and it is illegal for anyone but the President to use the Seal of the President (18 USC SEC. 713) http://obamashrugged.com/?p=225 ........ I know this is a minor thing, and nothing will be done about it,just one more example of this clown’s contempt for this country and it’s laws and traditions.

Right. And only Freepers seem to bring up such matters.

We’ve all seen the floating of Bill Clinton’s name as a possible replacement for Hillary in the Senate. I think that would be a fitting tribute for Slick Willie.
In the article referenced at Drudge there is this snippet

“...President Andrew Johnson also served as a Senator from Tennessee in 1875, 7 years after the Senate acquitted him of impeachment charges. He died a few months after taking office...”
