I don’t know if this was the same book I saw at my supermarket before the election. But, every time I went shopping, I covered it up with another children’s book.
Most Americans are too busy shopping, watching American Idol on TV, playing World of Warcraft, or jerking off to pornography to worry about educating themselves. To ask them to worry about what their children are being polluted with is way above their pay grade.
Hey, the indoctrination has to begin some time.
Four is as good an age as any, right?
The whole concept of this book is creepy beyond belief.
Just part of the secular religion these days. Even they need saints and this is part of the beatification process for them. Non-religious folks know they can’t get far without taking on religious trappings. Look next for three miracles attributed to him by Inauguration Day.
Seriously, when Obama becomes just another Washington politician in their eyes, these books and posters and songsters are going to look pretty stupid.
Perhaps you will home school her, or send her to private school, and otherwise inform her?
“...We don’t need no education...”
Thank goodness we have no small children to grow and and read about Zero. Narcissus would be proud of this guy.
$17.99 for a children's book. What a racket. Especially when you consider how many liberals in the ALA will be stocking this in the city and school libraries across the country...
"Barack" describes what was happening in 2005 when Obama became a United States Senator: "He arrived here during a dark time in American history. All across America, people were losing their jobs, losing their houses, losing their sense of hope." It was not as dark as "Barack" states. According to the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average annual unemployment rate for the country was 5.5% in 2004, having decreased one-half percent from 6% in 2003. The decrease continued throughout 2005 which had a rate of 5.1%.
Who was the last president to engage in such a large scale campaign of partisan propaganda aimed at school children?
Clinton's White House politicized everything from postage stamps to the first White House websites. But he didn't have his own corporate logo or theme song or youth brigade or popart portrait or...
Do we have to go back to FDR to see this level of state/party propaganda?
