Of course, all of these constitutional issues pale in comparison with the controversy that continues to simmer around Barack Obama’s place of birth. Contrary to what his supporters claim, Obama has never produced his original birth certificate. What he has offered is a “Certificate of live Birth” which does not name the doctor or hospital who delivered him, only registers his birth. There are now lawsuits in over a half dozen states calling on election officials not to certify Obama’s electoral votes until the questions are resolved. Rather than produce the document and silence his critics for good, Obama continues to stonewall, refusing to unseal his birth certificate.

That is very surprising, are you sure you got the original certificate? Many states do not give those out, they are usually on microfilm or some such medium, the “new” type that many states have gone to is a generic looking thing that gives little infomation other than name, DOB and a fancy looking seal. Personally, as a person interested in genealogy, I just hate them.
I believe that Obama has copied a CertifiCATION of Live Birth on to his website, not a CertifiCATE of Live Birth. There’s a difference in Hawaii.
And how right he is. The Constitution was written to limit the powers of the federal government and Obama wants to change that.

So?...Where are Obama’s friends, neighbors, relatives, cousins, aunts, uncles, minister, doctor, nurses, etc?
Okay...So it is WEIRD that Obama has so little personal history, but being weird is not a disqualification from the presidency. If he cannot meet the same standard of other presidents then he should produce a valid birth certificate and other needed documents.
I want the Constitution to be defended at all cost. Civil war, riots, whatever. If this question is not resolved clearly, the rule of law is ended in this nation.
That is probably what Obama and company is precipitating.

I agree, but we must be candid about what to expect if an ‘inconvenient truth’ is revealed.
Also, don’t expect punishment for the perpetrators of racially motivated assaults upon white people. Remember the Rodney King riots. They had video of the guys who pulled [and beat half-dead] the white driver from a truck get away with it because they were deemed not responsible for their ‘justifiable’ rage at the White Devil.
I really wish the Democrats had vetted Obama more thoroughly during the nomination process. That’s when this should have been done, not now.

Please stop spreading this myth. Obama was NOT a Constitutional Law professor: He was a law LECTURER. There is a world of difference between a professor and a lecturer.

Seems to me, on an issue this big, that person would be President Bush.
He did take an oath to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States", didn't he? Twice, in fact.
But that oath seems to have been superseded by the oath he takes daily in the mirror while shaving: "I promise to do everything I can to make sure liberals all like me after I retire."
How else can you explain his dereliction of duty?

Well, what about the issue of massive amounts of "internet" donations coming to the Obama campaign from overseas?
Where was the Protector and Defender of the US Constitution on that issue?

I need a portable generator and ammunition just in case. But I wonder, should that happen, who would be liable? Who would be responsible for paying for the property damage and possible loss of life?
If he is not qualified to serve, I would think he is guilty of treason, among other things, and could be incarcerated.

These are probably states that we lost governorships in 2006 thanks to GWB. Since 2000 democrats have been working on picking up state’s attorney generals for the purpose of election decisions. So like the Supreme court this is another dead end.
Trouble is, the Constitution was dead long before Obammy ever hit the scene. Politicians and Judges regularly ignore the Constitution when it suits them and have for nearly 160 years......
