Obama was born in Kenya and is currently living in the United States as an illegal alien.

Bush, Cheney, Rice, the NSA, CIA, FBI and State Department as well as McCain, Palin, Biden, both Clintons, the Republican Governor of Hawaii and the Hawaiian Secretary of State in addition to Rush, Hannity, Laura, The National Review and the rest of the conservative media and after December 5th we can add SCOTUS to this list as well are all complacent in perpetuating this conspiracy --a conspiracy that has been going on since 1961 when Obama's mother placed notices in Hawaiian newspapers announcing his birth.

The biggest problem is that the birth certificate is photoshopped.

It looks too clear and no folds, no impression of the seal in the document. Then factcheck.org does a “photograph” and even that looks phony (see my above post) and they claim you can’t photoshop the seal indention, but Polarik did (see the three seals side by side?)

So I don’t know of a paragraph other than the certificate was photoshopped. When he is pressed in court, rather than present a certified copy to the court, he spends thousands of dollars fighting the case, even to the SUPREME COURT. His mother could have registered his birth in Hawaii, even having him in another country due to a quirky law in effect until 1972 that allowed registration of births out of state for Hawaii residents. His grandmother in Kenya claims to have witnessed his birth and there is a shrine in Kenya devoted to his “birthplace”.

Anyone who assumes the Presidency must have been born in the United States or meet other requirements established by law. Obama does not meet the other requirements (e.g. being born to a US military family residing abroad). So he has to demonstrate that he was born in the United States and the way we do this is to produce some official document copy which shows the details of our birth and in this case especially where we were born. To date Obama has not done this. He has release a number of Internet images which were not of birth certificates but some sort of Hawaiian near birth certificate. All of the posted images have been challenged by one supposed expert or another as to their authenticity. Some Hawaiian official has also issued a statement that they have his birth certificate on file, but apparently anyone can file a birth certificate with the Hawaiian government which might have recorded a birth elsewhere. Hawaiian law restricts access to birth certificates to the person whose birth was recorded (and to others with some legal interest but apparently this does not include citizens who want to know where the potential President was born.) To date Obama has refused to authorize the Hawaiian government to release his birth certificate.

There is at least one elector, a female from a southern state (I think, but would have to go back through the links to check), who sounds upset enough to go through with a challenge of some sort.

I'm beginning to wonder, though, with all the bright neon "hey look at me" going on over the COLB on various sites, if this isn't some form of intentional misdirection. There's a problem alright, but perhaps the long form BC isn't the main problem. Michelle Obama, in an unguarded moment, made a strange comment about his being adopted, along about the same time as she said there was no law that would prevent Obama from becoming president.

There's also a lot of "hey, look at me" going on over the passport problem, with wrongheaded claims of travel restrictions to Pakistan. The whole "travel restriction" thing appears to be just sleight of hand, injected into the discussion by what can only be termed sock puppets on the various convervative sites and blogs that discuss the matter. The real issue, imho, is that he had (has?) an Indonesian passport at all, after the age of eighteen. From what I've read, that is problematic, as far as legal age of majority.

What's more, if he was travelling on an Indonesian passport at that age, then it's not at all implausible to speculate that his college admissions reflect that as well, especially if there were to be some advantage to do so. So, any attempt at discovery needs to have a broader focus. Passport records, adoption records, college admission records and a very clear understanding of Indonesian and US laws regarding citizenship. Yes, adoption records are sealed. So are divorce records. But, divorce records can be unsealed under court order, embarrassing though they may be, as Obama knows quite well. It got him into the US Senate.

I know all the above is just speculation, but I can't help but wonder if the answer has "Soetoro" in it, somehow.

I completely forgot that Alan Keyes ran for President again. That surely should give him standing. Now if only Mr. Keyes would come out publicly to clear up that debate question where he asked BHO where he was born. BHO allegedly replied that it didn’t matter because he “wasn’t running for President.”

I have said for a long time here: the COLB Obama produced looks legit, because it looks just like mine (I was born in HI, and ordered a copy around the same time Obama did).

A COLB is a Certificate of Live Birth, and it what people get when they order a duplicate birth certificate; it is an abstract/condensed version.

If there is anything to this, it will VERY doubtfully be that the COLB he produced is fake. It would be that the info provided to the HI Dept of Health was provided fraudulently, resulting in an authentic COLB issued by the state under false pretenses.

The red flag for me is Obama allowing these cases to proceed at great cost all the way around without putting an end to it. If he is simply going to pull out the original, he should be tarred and feathered for not stopping this in its tracks.

They didn’t need one, according to the constitution.

The only known birth certificate posted on line for Barak Obama appears to be fraudulent (photo shopped or whatever.) Obama has not provided a hard copy and the state of Hawaii maintains privacy of such documents. His place of birth is in dispute, and that fact has caused his eligibility to assume the Office of President to be in dispute.

His assumption of the Office of President Elect which is a new 2008 invention is not in dispute at all.
