The Open Letter to Mr. Obama is a formal Petition for a Redress (Remedy) for the alleged violation of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Mr. Obama is respectfully requested to direct the Hawaiian officials to provide access to his original birth certificate on December 5-7 by our team of forensic scientists, and to provide additional documentary evidence establishing his citizenship status prior to our Washington, D.C. press conference on December 8.

While it's a distinct possibility that such events will come to pass. Somehow I think that they won't need to. Someone, some judge, some elector, some clerk someone, will be inspired to reveal the true Birth Certificate, or The One's passport and visa records.
But I hope that Inspiration strikes soon, before the electoral college votes, but definitely between now and when Dick Cheney receives the electoral vote tally from the states.
It'll be a lot less messy that way.
The Constitution is worth it. I for one don't care what people call me, so long it's not "un-American". It's gonna be nasty no matter if 0 is found ineligible now, or later.
Sorry I think true leftists will riot, but I think many blacks and whites who voted for him but still love their country will be incensed at the deception by Obama and hardly join to revolt in his favor. That is part of the worry the left is displaying!

That's not true, the electors can vote for whomever they choose, given that the candidate they are pledged to is found to not be able to serve. However if it were, I'd go with Barr, as the much less divisive choice. A compromise candidate as it where. He's qualified, and he's strongly pro second amendment rights, and anti big government, but the "other side" gets "anti-Bush".
I wish I had your confidence in all of this . Obama’s camp are a slick bunch indeed. He has MASSIVE $$ and minions of lawyers. I can’t believe that a crew that won him the White house was so dumb as to not have his ass covered on this citizenship matter. It makes no sense.

I stand corrected. It would be interesting to have a defense attorney use that tactic.

It goes further than that. All decisions and actions he would take would have no validity. He has no power to appoint anyone to the cabinet posts so those he chose to fill those vacancies would also have no validity. He can’t appoint judges, command the military, negotiate with foreign powers, etc.
If he were sworn in before being found ineligible every single decision and action he or his appointees have made will be null and void. Hilliary as SOS would have absolutely no standing. Obama has no power to appoint her. Any negotiations made by her on behalf of the USA would have no authority.
And on and on. The government would come to a complete standstill and straightening out the complex web of actions related to a usurper and his appointees would be a nightmare.
He’s not quitting. He’s stating a scenario. We might as well prepare for the worse.

I'm sensing a sea change in the bc issue. I started watching Obama bc videos at YouTube last night, and couldn't believe the number of them that are posted there. And, for every video posted, there are tons of comments, many by agitated lefties. The clicks on many of them are also in the tens of thousands.
There are more and more recognizable media outlets beginning to report the story, even though some are obvious pro-Obama hit jobs. Still, it puts the controversy into the public discourse.
What's driving all this, of course, is Obama's refusal to simply produce his original birth certificate. I personally feel that his bc is only the tip of the iceberg to a fraud of monumentally historic proportions. Obama, knowing all of this, has every reason to release his bc as quickly as possible. Unless of course, he can't, which now appears to be the case.
I've been thinking that this story is going to burst from under the lid of the MSM, but I may have underestimated how high that lid is going to fly.

Here’s a little tip I give very young children, all of whom recognize the word “goose.”
The word “loose” looks exactly like “goose” only it starts with an “L” and they rhyme. Think “the loose goose” or “the goose is loose”, whichever you prefer, to remember the association.
The other word is “lose.” As in “A person who can’t keep ‘lose’ and ‘loose’ straight will lose at least some respect in any written communication.” Sorry, but that’s a fact.
Again, I don’t mean to pick on you personally; this is an issue that people do need to settle in their minds if they’re going to try to influence others with the written word.
