Yep...the city where I live, and my sister teaches school.
Sis said that the school board immeadiately sent out a letter to all the districts teachers saying that if anyone else did anything similar to this, they would be terminated.
BUT the teacher who did say it got a slap-on-the-wrist because she is black, and the school board didnt want Sharpton and Jackson getting involved in it.

How disgusting! The woman should be fired and never allowed access to children again. This is how the ever so sensitive liberals operate, if they berate and intimidate a child it's for the child's own good. We just don't understand that the end always justifies the means, or in this case the methods.

Can’t you just imagine the hell this same teacher would give another student who’d similarly bullied the little girl on any other subject?

If it were my kid, I would DEMAND a transfer to a better school, maybe private, and insist that the district absorb all courts. And, maybe for fun, even sue the teacher and shool district for emotional trauma to my daughter ... just make their lives miserable.

A letter of reprimand is totally inappropriate.
