Christian Science Monitor latest to weigh in on citizenship debate
Every single day, it seems as though more and more information is coming across my Blackberry and e-mail inbox regarding the citizenship and eligibility questions surrounding Barack Obama. There are new reports analyzing Obama's Certificate of Live Birth, reports refuting the first reports, information about forged selective service documents, and even rumors of death threats against one of those who has brought suit.
So much new information has come across that I am forced, due to constraints in time and resources which preclude me from examining and verifying and properly sourcing everything to the point where I feel comfortable running it in these pages, to act much like a spectator in all of this and limit the coverage here at America's Right to things with I can personally see and feel and smell and examine, such as the various legal filings in the different suits across the country.
Thankfully, it seems as though word is steadily getting out. The great folks at WorldNetDaily have taken it upon themselves to spearhead an operation bridging the gap between the new media and the mainstream press -- and it seems to be working. A few days ago, a question about the birth certificate issue was asked at a White House press briefing, and now we see that even the Christian Science Monitor has picked up the baton and chosen to weigh in.
When I first broke the story on August 21, I waited patiently for the mainstream press to pick up on it. I remember that first weekend, telling my wife on Sunday night that the late nights in front of the computer would likely come to an end,

I respectfully request that you consider reviewing Docket No. 08A407 Leo C. Donofrio, Applicant v. Nina Mitchell Wells, New Jersey Secretary of State.
Our Constitution in Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 states “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”.
Mr. Donofrio represents a considerable number of citizens noting the conspicuous failure of the presidential-designate to produce sufficient proof of compliance with the above constitutional requirement.
The work of Mr. Ron Polarik has shown all Certificates of Live Birth to date to have been forgeries.
Thank you for your consideration of this extremely critical matter.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

Please, do your part. It seems one little letter mailed by you won’t matter...but if everyone does it...a ton of letters will be at the Supreme Court and they cannot ignore that. Time is of the essense! Mail it tomorrow.
We cannot have a Kenyan as our president. Riots or no riots, we will not be intimidated into accepting a president who does not conform to the basic Constitutional standard of being a natural born citizen!
Please don’t just type about it on the internet (as great as FR is), and I don’t think emails do the trick either as they are easily ignored.
A real old fashioned US Mail letter is the way to go. Now get on your feet soldier and fight for America!!!

I read somewhere that all mail to our government officials, undergoes screening for anthrax, etc, and is not delivered for several weeks.
This will prevent our letters from reaching the SCOTUS in time.

What story did he "break" on August 21? It can't be anything having to do with Obama's bogus birth certificate, because that story broke on June 12.
I am afraid you are correct. Even Fox News was in the Obama camp, and; other then Hannity, all others softballed him and refused to ask tough questions. The socialist mindset of the media sends chills down my spine.
The Constitution must be honored. Obama must prove his natural born citizenship or be disqualified from the Presidency. I don’t believe that he will qualify.

I agree. The Constitution does NOT say that a person is qualified unless it can be proven he is not qualified. The burden of proof lies with the person. Obama must prove he is qualified.
That should be the position taken by the USSC. Prove it with the vault copy of your actual Birth Certificate, not the Certificate of Live Birth, COLB. The COLBs issued by Hawai’i at the time Obama was born would not prove that the person was actually born in Hawai’i.
He has his own rules. He owns this country and no one can challenge him.
