Seems as if Franken's camp is about to concede that Coleman will win the recount and is hinting about the strategy to follow.
It's deja vu for the 'Rats to claim that someone is "disenfranchised" whenever illegal or fraudulent votes are discovered. It's nice to know that the Canvassing Board apparently didn't fall for that BS.

They are going to take this to the US Senate, which will count the invalid/fraudulent votes, and Franken will be seated.
The Republicans will protest, but there is nothing they will be able to do about it.

ensure that no voter is disenfranchised Did it ever occur to these people that when you allow fraudulent ballots to be counted, you are disenfranchising the legitimate voters? Once fraudulent vote = one legitimate vote disenfranchised.

If they do just give it to the clown, there isn't the slightest reason I should regard any verbal flatulence issuing from the senate chamber as anything but pollution. They are not lawmakers if they ignore the law, they are buffoons.
