Leo Donofrio is discussing his lawsuit and Dec. 5th conference with SCOTUS.

Leo found out that a Judge in lower court in NJ tried to keep his case from going to the SC of NJ and also the SC of US. He filed a suit against a lower NJ court Judge today. The actions of this lower court Judge was to alter Leo’s case motion in such a way that when the US SC called for lower court records, it would appear that Leo did not file things properly in NJ to begin with. That would cause the USSC to deny his case. But because it is already before the USSC Leo says the Conference will go on as far as he knows. He filed his lawsuit against the lower court Judge in NJ today to make sure attention is brought to this Judge’s actions. Leo will be going public now!!!!! He will now be talking to any news agency to bring attention to what happened! Listen NOW on Lan’s show!
Leo says he’s filing suit against Judge Sabatino for obstruction of justice in delaying his stay. His website is down at this time, with no explanation of why??
Leo’s web site has been down and he just said that all of blog text is down. Leo wants to know if anyone out there can get his blog info out over the net. Listen now if you can as I can’t keep up. They will be talking tomorrow too and will talk in a few minutes about how we can help get the news out.
Soneone just called into Lan and said that he has a backup of Leo’s site. Good news.
Lan has told Leo that he will help him set up a new website through Coastland Technologies. A caller has said he has saved his blog so Leo was relieved there was a back-up.

5 audio servers just went down at Patriot Radio per Lan Lamphere. They’re being attacked!
I’m still connected. He’s reporting that the servers went down.
Lan says this means about 9000 people dropped off.
All the relay networks were dropped down.
Chat room is down.
Lan has no idea why the servers have all dropped.
It’s unbelievable!! Lan is depending on chatmail and e-mail while his servers are down.
They MUST be ... the long knives are out!!
God help us.
I just lost Lan’s live stream and can not get it back up. If anyone can still hear the show keep us informed on what is going on please. :)
