Like some current and former U.S. Senators (Obama, Biden & Daschle), Hillary Clinton appears to be in line for a promotion.
New Yorkers should rejoice, because it means she will no longer be the steward of the Upstate New York economy. Obama Cabinet
When Senator Clinton ran for Senate in 2000, she promised economic revitalization for New Yorkers living north of New York City and its suburbs. She even went so far as to promise 200,000 new jobs for the region. New Yorkers believed her and gave her a chance.
Obviously, she did not fulfill her pledge to New Yorkers. Eight years later, and Hillary Clinton still hasnt created 200,000 jobs.
Eight years later, and Hillary Clinton still hasnt created 200,000 jobs. In fact, Upstate New York has lost 20,000 private sector jobs while manufacturing jobs, once the life-blood of Upstate, have declined by 24%.* Obviously, she did not fulfill her pledge to New Yorkers.

How could she deliver on her promises? The only senator who ever spent less time on the job as a senator before running for POTUS was Obama, her boss. Makes you feel safe, don’t it? The future S o S’s main foreign experience is running off French bimbos from Bill’s suite.
Proving once again that liberal New Yorkers are far more naive, ignorant, and reckless than they imagine themselves to be.....
Seems Clinton has been doing everything she can to NOT be a Senator from New York ever since being elected as the senator from New York.
It was CLEARLY a stepping stone for her, and the people of NY swallowed her BS hook, line, and sinker.
Any voter who believes a politician who is promising to create X hundred thousand jobs is a boob. The only way politicians can create jobs is by creating government jobs or more government dependency in the private sector. If your typical politician was able to rely upon his own talent to build a sustainable private enterprise that employs thousands of people, chances are he wouldn’t stay a politician for very long because the pay isn’t good enough.
A politician could create thousands of jobs by....REDUCING/REMOVING TAXES and REGULATIONS!!!

No, but the person who makes the hiring decisions could.
Good riddance!
She sure did 0 for upstate NY. She’s an air head.
Who will be replacing her?
Well, the Drudge Headlines indiacte the US will face decline, no longer be the world’s top superpower
Who better to preside over that than Mrs Clinton? She’ll do for US foreign policy what she did for US healthcare reform...
This bears repeating.,..
I’ll be happy to be rid of her.......I mean to share her with the rest of the US. She is useless to NY.
Anyone want Schumer? Please? We’ll toss Patterson in free.
What are you talking about, A senator gets paid $180K a year and all the money you can steel. 1 term in the senate and you get your pay for life. and how many of these idiots coulkd ever get a job outside of goverment?
You can’t hire people when the taxes and regulations are so bad that they KILL your business....like the auto companies....IMHO.....there has to be an environment that makes business owners WANT to make hiring decisions.
I live in Upstate NY and we have lost more than 24% of our manufacturing jobs here. I’d say over the last 20 years we’ve lost about 80%. Syracuse used to have tons of manufacturing jobs, so did Rome. Most are gone now. We’re a tourist economy now. Thanks, Hill.
I’m not disagreeing with you. Ever noticed that the Democrat politicians seem to be the ones who promise to create this or that number of jobs? It’s a white lie, particularly when we know that they’ll destroy more jobs than they “create”.
Back when she first ran, I don’t think she had to campaign. I think the Democrat machine in NY state just put her on the ballot, flipped a hidden switch somewhere, and “ka-ching!” carpetbagger Hillary was the new junior senator from NY.
