A case that challenges President-elect Barack Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot citing questions over his citizenship has been scheduled for a "conference" at the U.S. Supreme Court.
Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review.
This case is set for a conference Dec. 5, just 10 days before the Electoral College is scheduled to meet to make formal the election of Obama as the nation's next president.
The Supreme Court's website listed the date for the case brought by Leo C. Donofrio against Nina Wells, the secretary of state in New Jersey, over not only Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot but those of two others, Sen. John McCain and Roger Calero.

Three problems here: The oblique reference to Socialist Roger Calero, who is not even a citizen of any kind; the contention that John McCain was born on a base in the Canal Zone, when his birth certificate clearly shows he was born in Colon, Republic Of Panama; and the strange assumption that this Resolution can determine Constitutional issues without adjudication. This would represent a usurpation of powers reserved to the Judiciary branch by the Legislative branch.
Despite his reputation and his many admirers on FR, Tom Coburn is no ally of conservatives, I'm now firmly convinced. What are the chances, that both major party presidential candidates would be in favor of undermining national sovreignty by favoring liberal citizenship requirements for illegal aliens, and also undermine national sovereignty by being of questionable eligibility for office under the Constitution? They're both globalist shills, and so is anyone who voted for this.
Show me where John McCain is definitively shown to be a natural born citizen. That "Sense Of The Senate" thing, Resolution 511, is garbage, with no legal weight whatsoever. It's incoherent, actually, with one major factual error, that of McCain's birthplace in Panama.
You’re right — the Senate resolution is useless.
Called my SOS yesterday and left a voice message on one of the attorneys lines.....Think I’ll follow up with a letter to the SOS,and CC to attorney.
Our SOS is a fine young “R” man. WOuldn’t want him to get in trouble for not asking for the Birth CIrtificate. ;~)
Just read on another thread that Andy Martin case in HI was dismissed due to lack of standing. I expected that to happen.
Yes, expected/ At least he tried. Now S-BO can say it wasn’t requested.
Still nothing posted at the Berg sight......Hopefully the SCOTUS all read my letter and are ready to take action! ;~)
Leo is on with Lan right now!
Tell us what he says.
His site is not coming up .. wonder
what .. or who .. is happening.
Ooopd .. I meant Donofrio’s site is not coming up .. wonder
what .. or who .. is happening.
LEO IS ON LAN LAMPHERE NOW!
Leo found out that a Judge in lower court in NJ tried to keep his case from going to the SC of NJ and also the SC of US. He filed a suit against a lower NJ court Judge today. The actions of this lower court Judge was to alter Leos case motion in such a way that when the US SC called for lower court records, it would appear that Leo did not file things properly in NJ to begin with. That would cause the USSC to deny his case. But because it is already before the USSC Leo says the Conference will go on as far as he knows. He filed his lawsuit against the lower court Judge in NJ today to make sure attention is brought to this Judges actions. Leo will be going public now!!!!! He will now be talking to any news agency to bring attention to what happened! Listen NOW on Lans show!
I’m listening ... he sounds outraged .. I think he said he’s filed suit against the judge .. I think he means the stay judge.
And he’s suspicious that his site’s been taken down. Not only that ... all of www.blogtext.org is down.
And he just had put up the info on the judicial misconduct charges he had filed.

He filed suit against the NJ appellate court Judge Sabatino for trying to sabotage his filings.
Donofrio Alleges Judicial Misconduct, Obstruction of Justice, NJ Appellate Division
Today, Leo Donofrio, also the Plaintiff in Donofrio v. Wells, is separately filing an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatano.
Leo will be updating his blog with the official complaint, and Ill update here as well
Today, Leo C. Donofrio filed, with the NJ Supreme Courts Advisory Committee on Judicial
Conduct, an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino with regard to the initial stage of this litigation which was originally filed in the NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division.
The case, having come directly from an appeal to the New Jersey Supreme Court is now before the the United States Supreme Court, DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008; before all nine Supreme Court Justices.
I am very concerned that if the United States Supreme Court requests the official records of the case from the NJ Appellate Division, a fraudulent case file - not including all relevant documents - will be forwarded to the SCOTUS and thereby the case now pending might be jeopardized.
A copy of the official complaint - by way of a New Jersey Supreme Court generated form - will be uploaded to this blog shortly.

All of www.blogtext.org is down ... the whole site, not just Donofrio’s.
Lan Lamphere is presently arranging for Donofrio’s info
to be transferred to a new site that Lamphere will get set up so it can’t be hacked and taken down.
Sounds like some folks are getting a bit antsy.
Please post what you just posted on the link below as you explained it much better than I did! Thanks!
