Buena Park Pastor says Obama was born in Kenya and can not be sworn in as President
President-Elect Barack Obama says he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Obama provided a birth certificate to prove it, but a Buena Park pastor says Obama is not telling the truth.
The Orange County Register reports that Rev. Wiley Drake, who ran for vice president on the American Independent ticket, filed a lawsuit claiming "Obama has not provided sufficient proof he is a U.S. citizen, and asks that Secretary of State Debra Bowen not certify California's election results until he provides more concrete evidence.
That would likely mean that McCain would be your President.
Even if all of what you said is true. McCain would not be President as he did not receive 270 electoral votes? Wouldn’t that be true?
If they do there won’t be an election in 2012. Maybe the Mayans had something after all...
Come on now. We have survived a president dying in office and a President who was basically fired. We will weather through any possible situation.
I think they will uphold the Constitution because they realize better than I the consequences. I do think it will be hard to make a decision. They lose either way!! Such is the life of a judge I suppose...

Just had a thought about this. Did you know that our military is on standby here, stateside?! If you go to patriotbrigade.com, they have the story on their homepage. Anyway, it says they will be on standby for 12 months!! Just interesting that this happened in October right before the election. Maybe they could see this being an issue?!

There is a bill right now that was presented that addresses this issue. I can’t remember which Congressman wrote it, but you would need to prove natural born citizenship before running for President.

No doubt, but what could be EVEN MORE unsettling to the markets than an unresolved election on top of a extremely unstable economic situation?
Not saying the challenges shouldn't go forward: they should.
What I should have been more clear about was, could the markets be signalling there is something to this. But it is really hard to know what the markets are signalling anymore. It’s like a patient with total organ failure.

The MSM has almost totally ignored the issue of Obama’s possible ineligibility, and when the do mention it, they write off the whole issue as the ravings of a bunch of right-wing kooks. Public awareness of this process is very low. Of all the situations that could cause (or contribute to) a market collapse, I just don’t think the fear of an unresolved election is high on the list. Of course, if the whole Obama thing starts to unravel, such as by an unfavorable Supreme Court ruling (which I don’t expect), all bets are off.
True, but the big investors and their brokers are ahead of the curve, and aren’t as poorly informed as the general public.

Even if he had ZERO power as “honorary” president, and all he did was go to lunches and funerals, he still has appointed, and will appoint, dreadful people for his cabinet who’d carry out his evil plan. Every day they’d be given their required dose of Kool-Aid, go in to their trances chanting “O-BA-MA”, and carry on. Not sure I could live with that.
