Buena Park Pastor says Obama was born in Kenya and can not be sworn in as President
President-Elect Barack Obama says he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Obama provided a birth certificate to prove it, but a Buena Park pastor says Obama is not telling the truth.
The Orange County Register reports that Rev. Wiley Drake, who ran for vice president on the American Independent ticket, filed a lawsuit claiming "Obama has not provided sufficient proof he is a U.S. citizen, and asks that Secretary of State Debra Bowen not certify California's election results until he provides more concrete evidence.
When did he provide a birth certificate?
Could these unsettling “rumors” be the real reason the stock market is tanking?

Wiley Drake is always in the news.
He did a fake one. It had the name Barrack Hussein Oboma printed on it. That's not his birth name. It's his adopted name. Some one screwed up the fake - big time.

No, I think that was his name at birth. The birth announcement was in the Hawaii newspapers but a few days afterwards. However, it didn’t state where the son of Mr & Mrs Barack Obama was born.
Here's what i think is being alleged. Someone correct me if the facts are different.
She was in Mombasa trying to fly to Honolulu and they would not let her on the plane because she was very late term>
She has the baby in Kenya and then flies to hawaii as soon as she could. There they file a certificate of live birth.
I think the reference was to the ‘fake but hope it’s plausible looking’ simulation of a birth certificate on the Daily Kos and/or the 0bama website.
He provided a FAKE certificate of live birth, not a proper birth certificate. Even if were not a fake, it would still not prove that he was born in the U.S. because at that time Hawaii would issue COLBs for children of American parents born overseas.
I hope the supremes don’t turn this down. At least the issue needs to be heard and decided on in accordance with the evidence and the constitution.

As I read it. . .
He's an interesting character, and yes, he is always in the news.
He likes to push the envelope.
He has had a running battle with the city officials where his church is located.
His church does a lot of work with the homeless which the officials claim is not allowed by the zoning.
He is doing the Lord's work as he sees it, and compared to the bends in the road that some pastors have taken, he is quite respectable, perhaps a little eccentric.
Yarrrrghhhh!
