Was Leo Donofrio's case fast tracked at SCOTUS today?!? Emergency review like Bush V. Gore?

A lot of GREAT observations there! (I hope Zman saw your post to me, since he’s the guy who’s a tad off base here!)
Sometimes I think people like Zman DO think the Constitution is like a Chinese menu — some from column A, some from column B, etc. People do that with the Bible, too — pick out the parts they want to observe, and disregard all else.

Which department does Secretary of State Thornburgh head? Having a Secretary of State, I would think, necessitates a Department of State. But ... I’m not from Kansas ...

Good job. You may want to pirnt it out and mail it to Leo’s P.O. Box. If you want his P.O. box - I can send you a in email if I can find it.
His web site is down because it is being attacked.
They are very worried about Leo. The NJ supreme court changed his filing to try to sabotage his case. Why would people do this unless his case will blow someone out of the water.

Having a Secretary of State, I would think, necessitates a Department of State. We have a Secretary of State's office. We don't have a Department of State.

Are you saying this is new misconduct?
That even though this case is now filed correctly at the USSC and is set for conference, it will still not be decided on correctly because of how the NJ APPELLATE DIVISION has written it up?
As you can tell I am not a lawyer. So sorry if I misunderstood.
I understand as of now the SC clerk filed it correctly and is set for conference.
But the NJ Appellate Division has mucked up the process so this case will fail as of now because of sabotage?
If this is new info and not corrected as of yet, how can we Freepers help correct this?

Wells, is separately filing an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatano. Leo will be updating his blog with the official complaint, and Ill update here as well
Today, Leo C. Donofrio filed, with the NJ Supreme Courts Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino with regard to the initial stage of this litigation which was originally filed in the NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division. The case, having come directly from an appeal to the New Jersey Supreme Court is now before the the United States Supreme Court, DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008″ before all nine Supreme Court Justices. I am very concerned that if the United States Supreme Court requests the official records of the case from the NJ Appellate Division, a fraudulent case file - not including all relevant documents - will be forwarded to the SCOTUS and thereby the case now pending might be jeopardized. A copy of the official complaint - by way of a New Jersey Supreme Court generated form - will be uploaded to this blog shortly.

Thank you for pointing my way to the new thread.
Pulling my hair out over this.
I guess you can’t have smooth sailing when trying to stop a government takeover.

See above.See what? Doesn't look like your "argument" survived the moderator.
And btw, the Constitution needs to trump whatever your feelings of "dangerousness" are.
