I am awaiting clarification from the Clerk's office at the United States Supreme Court as to whether my stay application has now been accepted in lieu of a more formal full petition for certiorari (and/or mandamus or prohibition). Such a transformation is a rare and significant emergency procedure. It was used in Bush v. Gore, a case I have relied on in my brief.

We do know the case has certainly been "DISTRIBUTED for Conference", a process usually reserved for full petitions of certiorari. Stays are usually dealt with in a different manner. As to a stay application, a single Justice may; a) deny the stay; b) grant the stay; c) refer the stay to the full Court.

I agree. I could set any doubts about my citizenship to rest in less than 24 hrs. Obama is perpetuating this whole thing and if he has nothing to hide, I find it very hard to follow his logic.

Surely his role as a “uniter” compels him to expend what little time and effort it would require to put this matter to rest? It would certainly restrict his ability to unite if there are those remaining who can not even be sure he meets the constitutional requirements for President.

Agreed. I have listened to Leo for at least 3 or 4 hours over the last week on Prarie Radio and Lan Lanphere (God bless them). We still are not sure if Souter relly ruined him down. I had my letters in the mail last Friday to all justices about Mr. Danny Bickle the clerk.

THAT is the only reason I have given this, what I initially thought “nonsense”, any attention whatsoever. It would have been so easy for him, Obama, to produce a legit vault certificate, however, he instead makes a flying trip to Hawaii, in the midst of the campaign, to have the records sealed. It's enough to make anyone seriously curious, at the very least.
