Does Rush even know about the Leo Donofrio case the SCOTUS Justices will be taking up on Dec. 5. Will he have the guts to actually talk about it on the air? Our conservative talk show “heroes” are turning out to be chickens.
Leo has it nailed. He is a true patriot.

Maybe they are upset that Obama must respond to the Supreme Court on or before December 1st in reference to Berg’s case now before the Court. OR......
Maybe they are REALLY DOWN about the fact that all nine Suppreme Court Justices will discuss in Conference on December 5th the case brought forward by Leo Donafrio!
If four of the nine Justices vote on the 5th to hear the arguements of the case, the case will be fully heard!
Now I just wonder if Rush will mention ANYTHING about Leo Donafrio’s case which RIGHT NOW has the best chance of actually being heard by the Court!
Lan Lamphere is the only one I know in the media who has actually been following Leo Donafrio’s case for some time and in depth. Fox news called Lan yesterday and asked him to come on their shows as a “talking head” to discuss what he knows bout Donafrio’s case. Lan told Fox he was not interested! Also told them that he is the REAL MSM, since he follows stories that are important to cover! Loved the fact that Lan told the Fox folks to take a hike!

Until you consider the folks that you’re trying to persuade: Members of Congress.
JMHO, those turkeys make the Peter Principle look tame. They not only have risen PAST their level of incompetence, but have also mastered the art of making everything they touch turn to sh**.
I give Rush the benefit of the doubt on these matters. I think a lot of things have come up that he has taken a wait and see attitude on. Most likely he has already discussed this with someone like the Great One and has a good understanding of the issue and its likely outcome.

Sorry to hear you are sick. I felt a cold coming and did get some Zicam that Rush talks about. It worked for me so I will certainly keep it on hand! I haven’t had a cold since I retired two years ago, and didn’t want to take a chance on getting one! So glad it worked! I do recomend it!
