You mistake Zulu for savages. They had a hard-disciplined, dedicated army in the 19th century and would have kept junk tribes out of SA and come to accomodation with the Europeans.
These women were however savages.

I reject that remark. The Zulus had a much more highly developed sense of right and wrong than these creatures.
