AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

We love to hear Rush Limbaugh,
Excellence in Broadcasting.
From sea to shining sea,
Millions and millions listen.
Conservative voice of freedom,
Heard throughout all America.
A message pure and truthful,
The downhearted are encouraged.
Integrity and honesty his motto.
We love you, Rush.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
G-d Bless you, Rush Limbaugh.

He should make William Jefferson Secretary of the Treasury too.

That cost me a keyboard. Well worth it, however.

Imagine if Thompson had been genuinely excited about the project.
Did you ever hear him on the campaign trail aside from the carefully cultivated MSM clips?

He had a good message and said it well. But few knew their history as to what a federalist is. Too many republicans see govt as the solution.....................

WASHINGTON — Rep. William Jefferson’s federal corruption trial remains on hold after U.S. District Court Judge T. S. Ellis III today canceled a status conference that had been scheduled for Friday. The court is awaiting a U.S. Court of Appeals ruling on an appeal by Jefferson’s lawyers to throw out most of the 16 charges against him.

Ells’ decision likely means a further delay in the congressman’s trial, which had been scheduled for Dec. 2.

Jefferson, D-New Orleans, who won the 2nd Congressional District Democratic primary Tuesday, faces Republican Anh “Joseph’’ Cao and other candidates in the general election Dec. 6. Jefferson is to stand trial in Alexandria, Va., on 16 charges of racketeering, money laundering, bribery, wire fraud and conspiracy. Jefferson says he is innocent.

The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Va., heard arguments in late September on Jefferson’s appeal, and Ellis had scheduled the status conference for Friday in the expectation that all parties would know the Appeals Court’s decision by then. But since they don’t, Ellis decided to postpone the status conference until they do.
