Could Nancy Pelosi be our next President?

Could Nancy Pelosi be our next President?

The news seems to indicate that there is a problem with Obama’s birth certificate and some states are talking about holding their electoral votes. If this becomes the case I see several possibilities and am asking for your feedback.

1. The States where Obama won withhold their electoral college votes and McCain wins by default.
2. Because of the ciaos of Obama not being a citizen there is a delay in deciding what to do, on January 20 2009 Nancy Pelosi Speaker of the house and third in line become the President.
3. I don’t think Bidden would step up because has yet not been sworn in and not officially the VP yet. Besides the vote was for Obama for President and not Bidden it would either default to McCain or to Pelosi.
4. If Pelosi were a planer she could arrange to have a crises that took the USA past the swearing in time and by default become the first American Woman President, heaven forbid.

That is my take if Obama fails to prove citizenship.
What do you think?

Good post -

If the democrat party willfully and knowingly put up a candidate that does not meet the “natural born American citizen” tConstitutional test for eligibility for US President in the primaries and the general election than the ticket of creepy/Biden was bogus and illegal and should simply be declared void

The 50 state’s electoral votes should be awarded to the winner in each state and therefore 270 electoral votes would easily be achieved

mr. creepy would receive zero (0) electoral votes as he willfully committed election fraud - a federal felony

Biden and Pelosi would have no shot at it as they knew of the Constitutional requirements and were criminal co-conspirators in felony election fraud

Howzat Mark?

"...the US Constitution and our Republic will cease to exist."

Widespread use of the term democracy began with the Woodrow Wilson administration in 1912. It was during this administration that the anti-republican amendments -- the 16th (income tax) and 17th (popular election of senators) -- were added to our Constitution and a central bank -- the Federal Reserve -- was established. All three acts centralized power.

The day FDR was sworn in is the day it was solidified .

He destroyed our representative republic and turned into a legislative democracy.

With the implementation of FDR's "new deal" is the day the constitution started its nose dive down the path of destruction.

What will Obamarxs's new deal bring? It'll be the final nail in the coffin and the sheeple will rejoice once again, just like they did during FDR's infamous reign.

People like us will speak up, but the "majority" will be taken in by a smooth talking individual that will placate the sheeple will false promises. This individual will also play upon the sheeple's avarice. Those on public assistance will always vote for the one that promises them more and more from the government treasury.

I believe anyone on any kind of public assistance should not be able to vote at all. The reason being, as our forefathers stated:

"A Democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of Government. It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largess of the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that Democracy always collapses over a loose fiscal policy, always to be followed by a Dictatorship."

Professor Alexander Fraser Tyler
[Emphasis mine]

Once they are off the dole and have been for at least 2 years and working, then they'd be able to once again vote.

""Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide. The jaws of power are always open to devour, and her arm is always stretched out, if possible, to destroy the freedom of thinking, speaking, and writing. Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the People, who have... a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge, I mean the characters and conduct of their rulers. There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free 'government' ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty. Liberty cannot be preserved without general knowledge among people." "

John Adams

"The majority, oppressing an individual, is guilty of a crime, abuses its strength, and ... breaks up the foundations of society.”

Thomas Jefferson

"“The one pervading evil of democracy is the tyranny of the majority.”"

Lord (John Emerich Edward Dalberg) Acton

"A Democracy is the vilest form of Government there is."

Thomas Paine

"“The general object was to provide a cure for the evils under which the United States labored; that in tracing these evils to their origin, every man had found it in the turbulence and follies of democracy.”"

Edmund Randolph

"Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos."

John Marshall, chief Justice of the Supreme Court from 1801 to 1835

"At no time, at no place in solemn convention assembled, through no chosen agents, had the American people officially proclaimed the United States to be a democracy. The Constitution did not contain the word or any word lending countenance to it..."

Charles Austin Beard (1874-1948)
