yes, once someone has intentionally bypassed the US Constitution to get elected as US president, it is a done deal ... nothing to see or do here .... move on

If NObama is not constitutionally qualified to be President, then he cannot “command the Military” nor would ANY legislation that he signs be valid.
This isn’t as simple as some people think it is.
I really don't know how to tell you this, but, Obama will not be installed until January 20th of 2009.

The time is NOW! The problem is the American public, especially the “silent majority,” have been lying in wait for too long. It is like the offensive lineman who has been holding his three-point stance so long that he forgot what the start single really is - so he just keep waiting.
If Senator Obama is found to be not eligible, then Congress would HAVE to remove him; otherwise, every elected official will be subject to massive voter backlash during the next election cycle. Remember, African-Americans make up only approximately 13% of the American populace - that leaves a whole lot of un-happy campers out there!
If it is determined before December 15th, then the electoral college could solve the issue without congressional influence.
