Not extreme. Not fringe. Just Constitutional.
Obama says he's qualified. But, Berg, multiple legal suits and a growing number of American citizens are saying: "Prove it." A basic, vital and Constitutional request. Why won't Obama answer such a simple and essential request?
Exhibit A:
The Grandmother's tape Barack Obama's own grandmother said he was born in Kenya. While politicians
are known for it, grandmothers seldom lie. It's recorded on tape:
"I was in the delivery room in [Mombosa,] Kenya, when he was born Aug. 4, 1961." - Sarah Obama, Obama's paternal grandmother.
Exhibit B:
No Original Birth Certificate
Experts have called the Certification of Live Birth posted online a forgery. Berg reported "It's clearly been altered," which invalidates it, according to the document itself. Add to this the Hawaiian law at the time which allowed people to register for this non-hospital short form certificate (without a doctor's signature) up to one year from the date of the child's birth.
Exhibit C: Indonesian citizenship Only Indonesian citizens could attend Indonesian schools at the time Barack Obama attended the Indonesian school where he was registered as Barry Soetoro. His citizenship was listed as Indonesian, his religion as Islam, and his father as Lolo Soetoro, M.A. There was also no dual citizenship at the time. If he was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, he would have forfeited any U.S. citizenship he may have had, just as when a child is adopted in America, he or she becomes an American.
Exhibit D:U.S. Law
In addition, according to U.S. law pertaining to births abroad, from "Dec. 24, 1952, to Nov. 13, 1986," in order to register the child's birth as a U.S. natural-born citizen at the time of Obama's birth, he or she must be: 1. Born to two U.S. citizen parents;
OR 2. If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of the birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, at least five of which must be after the age of 14.
Since Barack Obama's father was not a U.S. citizen and Obama's mother was only 18 at the time of his birth, she failed to meet the legal requirements of U.S. residency for at least five years after the age of 14.
Either the Constitution matters or it doesn't. If we are willing to ignore the constitutional requirements for the highest office in our land, what else are we willing to forgo? That part about free speech?

I heard about the ridiculous application questionnaire. It seemed too absurd to be true, but ... after this display of Obama’s leadership ability, “absurd” has become the new standard. “Change” doesn’t begin to describe it.
I really don't know how to tell you this, but, Obama will not be installed until January 20th of 2009.

The time is NOW! The problem is the American public, especially the “silent majority,” have been lying in wait for too long. It is like the offensive lineman who has been holding his three-point stance so long that he forgot what the start single really is - so he just keep waiting.
If Senator Obama is found to be not eligible, then Congress would HAVE to remove him; otherwise, every elected official will be subject to massive voter backlash during the next election cycle. Remember, African-Americans make up only approximately 13% of the American populace - that leaves a whole lot of un-happy campers out there!
If it is determined before December 15th, then the electoral college could solve the issue without congressional influence.
The time is NOW!

It's worse than that. If Obama does not produce a vault certificate, he will be a target for blackmail. Somebody has the evidence.
You must be in some time warp someplace because he is not in office, even though he thinks so. Thus the time for this line of inquiry is the present -- and it is not a waste of time even though the Obamabots would like us to think so.
1. Why is this country different from all other countries?
2. Why is this fraudulent lying politician different from all other fraudulent lying politicians?

Wrong time of year for these questions.
They are waiting on purpose. It will now be proven he WAS foreign-born, and his popularity will be the catalyst for that requirement in the Constitution to be discarded as hopelessly outdated and unapplicable in modern times. It will be the first of many revisions to the “flawed” Constitution.

He is hiding the fact that he was not born in a hospital in Hawii. He was born in manger with three bearded dudes as witnesses.
This isn’t as simple as some people think it is.

Some seem to think the constitution is binding only on those who are not blessed with a D after their name.
I think he is hiding that his real name is not Barak Obama Jr. I think he was born out of wedlock with no father named on the birth certificate and his name was either Barry Dunham or Barak Dunham.
I think when he was a teenager he had a falling out over this because he found out his mother grandmother and Grandfather lied to him about it and had made up a father that really wasn’t his father or wasn’t married to his father.
They tried to hide this fact from him by having his grandparents adopt him, during the process he found out that his real name wasn’t Barak Huessin Obama and to get back at them he decided that he would continue to go by the name anyway.
The birth certificate would show that we had elected an alias. When they made up his life story for the books, they didn’t realize that he would have to prove it. He either had to continue the tall tale or give up his political aspirations. Americans hate phonies. Especially those who wrote two books about his phony life.
You may have that right. The idea that we don’t know for certain is outrageous. We may have elected a Matchstick man.
I am not an “Obamabot,” since I did not support, nor did I vote for him, and already see signs that his administration will be a disaster. We would better spend our time doing other things to oppose the spread of tyranny, and not revisit what is obviously a dead issue.
