Dr. Hansen apparently believes the world is as stupid as, well, as stupid as the world seems to be.
All of the October surface station temperature from Russia was corrupted. So what did Hansen do? He simply copied and pasted Russia’s temperatures for September into October and reported that October 2008 was the hottest October on record.
Why isn’t James Hansen in prison?

Wild animals are always at their most dangerous when they are cornered. Humans are no different when they feel cornered; panic sets in.
I propose that all future references to “corrupt data” be referred to as “HANSENIZED DATA”...............

While I think Hansen has been selling a hoax in the form of AGW, from what I understand the data error happened in Russia. NASA just had lousy quality control and did not find the error. The errors were found at Watts and CA blogs.
My fear is that The One will impose green burdens upon us that will crush the US economy. Truth has nothing to do with it. My advice is to get as far away from the Blue Cesspool cities as you can. They will collapse first.

The story is true, even though the data had to be manufactured.

Yet somehow the enviro-communist Green movement has done nothing but gain popular steam in this decade of cooling. What gives? They’ve been railing about warming ever since I can remember, but this last summer it seemed to launch into outerspace.
Let’s hope they’ve overplayed their hand. I mean, I know they have overplayed their hand, and stunningly, but let’s hope the public notices.

How much you wanna bet that the warming scare will die down over the next few years, the environmental movement will move on to the Next Big Thing? I’ll wager the warming scare will go down the MSM memory-hole, and we’ll remember it no clearer than the Population Bomb, the New Ice Age, or the imminent end of the world’s oil supply as trumpeted back in the 70s?

Why has Bush put up with all these destructive moonbats in his administration for eight years? This guy Hansen alone, with his channel straight to the UN climate control thieves, has cost our country billions, and has set back energy independence, which Bush supposedly supports, for eight years.
And I wouldn’t worry about this guy being exposed, or globull warming proved to be bogus science. Obama will soon be pushing it for all it’s worth, because it’s the fastest way he can bring down our country and continue to wreck our economy, all the while chanting that it’s Bush’s fault.
And it IS Bush’s fault, to the extent that he has foolishly sat by and let these guys operate in his administration. The same with the recent coal plant fiasco. That’s his regulators who are responsible for punting straight to Obama.
NASA had lousy ethical control.
