We thawed 3 nice rainbow trout we caught on the San Juan river below the Navajo Lake Dam in NM a while back and grilled em today. A little lemon, home brewed beer & sun tea, fried zucchini & parsnips, green beans and sourdough bread with garlic butter. Chased that with a bowl of hot apple cobbler and a dollop of homemade vanilla ice cream.
No polidiots were invited.....

In a 5-star or 4-star, that little meal would have set you back at least $37.50 a plate, before drinks or tip. For the handcrafted beer.... Add another $6.25 a bottle.
Seriously. I used to do that for a living.
You are eating better than the burrocraps, and paying a LOT less.
