Just thinking of my Grandma, who also taught me a lot of important stuff to get by in life. Like how to bake bread. From scratch. I was blessed.
My wife makes bread and rolls from scratch a couple times a month. Nothing better. Don’t ask her for the recipe. She doesn’t use one. She just does it “until it looks and feels right”.
