My wife makes bread and rolls from scratch a couple times a month. Nothing better. Don’t ask her for the recipe. She doesn’t use one. She just does it “until it looks and feels right”.

AH-HA! I thought of one that noone has posted!
Cook meals in a crockpot in the hottest parts of summer. You don’t heat up the kitchen, have great meals, and all the wonderfull smells of a home-cooked meal.
