Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, AIP leaders sue in CA court to obtain Obama citizenship proof, stop Secretary of State from certifying Electors

Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, vice-presidential candidate Wiley S. Drake, and the Chairman of the American Independent Party, Markham Robinson, have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento seeking to bar Secretary of State Debra Bowen from certifying to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger the names of Electors, and from transmitting to each presidential Elector a Certificate of Election, until documentary proof is produced and verified showing that Senator Obama is a “natural born” citizen of the United States, and does not hold citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya or Great Britain.

In addition, they have asked that the court issue a peremptory writ barring Senator Obama’s California Electors from signing the Certificate of Vote until such documentary proof is produced and verified.

You are correct.Why hire lawyers if you can easily prove that you are a natural born citizen?
I don’t buy that his father may be someone else...who cares?You know the public doesn’t.

addition to my earlier direct question to you that you didn't answer (which is the forgery, factcheck.org or stopthesmears.com), here are two more:

I'm not going to play this game. Why did he hire lawyers? All politicians have legal teams. Why is the COLB sealed? Hawaii law. He's already submitted an acceptable birth certificate. Legal teams help protect him from these types of baseless charges. Which one is a forgery? One appears real while the other looks like a copy of a real one -hence, no raised stamp. I haven't held either in my hands to know for sure.

But what does it all matter? As I said earlier, it is an exercise in futility with you people. You all are going to put on your tinfoil caps and believe, contrary to all evidence, whatever you want to believe. Have fun! Knock yourselves out with this moonbat kookiness.

Sorry, you are wrong. He never submitted a birth certificate at all, but a Certification of live birth(as opposed to the long form birth certificate), and that was forged. Anyone can get a COLB from Hawaii, his sister has one and we know she was born in Indonesia, they are used to register a person's birth in Hawaii regardless of where they were born, but the original is kept on file. The one he submitted was a forgery that used his sisters form and numbers were faked over it, 3 different people came to the same conclusion after exhaustive tests. So he has not submitted a legal long form birth certificate from the state of Hawaii, if he had the courts would all dismiss these charges en mass and nothing more would be said.

As for him hiring lawyers there is no need for it, period. To top it all off, when the doubts about his(Bozo's)birth first surfaced the Dems raised he** about McCain not being legally born a Natural Citizen and he had to produce his birth certificate,(and he didn't lawyer up and stonewall about it) so I guess you think it is ok for Republican candidates to prove they are legal but dimwits don't have to?

Depending on which COLB you are referring to, it's either an obvious forgery or one that was generated to say whatever Obama wanted. There is no "AFRICAN" race.

I haven't been able to find a specific reference, but my personal experience is that a short form COLB is not solely sufficient for a high-level security clearance. You can submit one, but you also sign a blanket waiver for investigators to dig further.

And again in my experience, they do so. A piece of paper -- especially one that was printed on a laser printer in the last year or so -- isn't enough.

Thanks, I didn’t know this either. So that’s why he had someone falsify his Selective Service registration.
