(CNSNews.com) – President-elect Barack Obama’s transition team is showing its hostility toward lawful firearm owners by “weeding out” job applicants who own firearms themselves, a Second Amendment group says.
The Illinois State Rifle Association (ISRA) notes that question 59 – part of a 63-item questionnaire given to Obama administration job applicants – asks for information about firearms owned by the applicant and his or her family.
Found in the questionnaire’s “Miscellaneous” section, question 59 reads, “Do you or any members of your immediate family own a gun? If so, provide complete ownership and registration information. Has the registration ever lapsed? Please also describe how and by whom it is used and whether it has been the cause of any personal injuries or property damage.”

(Too many of them voted for the Big 0, after they were assured time & again by their union leaders and by dhimmi politicians like Jimmy Webb, Ricky Boucher & Marky Warner that 0bama was a “supporter” the 2nd Amendment.)
Exact title searches are not a good idea. Search for phrases that aren't likely to be found in many articles. I tried "not welcome" and they popped right up.

I ran through it very quickly. Don’t recall anything about drug use.
Why would any gun owner in his right mind *want* to be on Obama’s team?
1. Have you ever falsified a birth certificate?
2. Have you ever had a relationship with a domestic terrorist?
3. Were you born legitimately?
4. Have you ever used Crack Cocaine?
5. Have you ever sold Crack Cocaine?
6. Have you ever made racist statements against white people?
7. Have you ever claimed to have written a book that was actually written by someone else?
8. Have you ever been a member of a socialist or communist group?

Whoever wrote “question 59” should write jokes for a living. Like I’m actually going to tell an anti-gun zealot what I have, or where I keep it.

That’s brilliant. There are just enough Clinton guys in the Obama circle to make it plausible. I will be using this on Monday.
Everyday I ask them about the Obama tax cut. They are starting to worry that the free money might not be coming. They are really going to feel used and abused in a very short time.
I hate John McCain. How dare he surrender and give us Obama. He must be defeated in 2010.
