If you are in Virginia, try the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL). VERY good organization.

It's nice to have a good scope, too. If you ever have to hunt, a scope will guarantee you a better shot.
To: unkus
You should learn.
Political, self-defense, and 2nd Amendment issues aside, shooting is just plain FUN!

Hubby went downtown yesterday to the pistol bureau to add his latest acquisition. He has had a concealed carry permit since 1986. Or so he thought. Clerk told him the judge who issued it has retired and he no longer has a CC permit. He was given a 4 page questionnaire to fill out to possibly get it restored. Let me get this straight. In your state when an issuing judge retires, his rulings are void? That's insane.

Just like Windows, Point and Click user interface.

>Well, lets look at the record. The largest gun roundup in US history took place after the Katrina Incident.
>How many law enforcement agents refused to participate?

>Theres your answer.
Question: If the ‘officer’ shows up at your doorstep and wants to take your weapon, ala Katrina, would it be ok to shoot him for violating [or trying to] your 2nd Amendment Rights?
Keep in mind that it is also an unreasonable search and seizure.

Right.
That is my answer ... I don’t like it, but it is undeniable.

BTW, there's a story about that in the latest "America's First Freedom" ... Court finally ordered NOPD to return the guns.
Funny thing ... the worthless bastards stored them in garbage cans, in a poorly ventilated trailer. For years. In southern Louisiana.
Guess what? They're all rusted and moldy.
Did I mention that NOPD are worthelss bastards?

Like you Gaffer I'm old too and don't look forward to being in the trench's again, but I detest the idea of turning over my weapons even more.
I just wonder where this generations “Lincoln Green” will be? Wherever it is, we have to hang together or the forces of this socialist tyrant will hang us individually that's for damn sure.

So, isn’t lying while in execution of official duties punishable?

I am convinced that the problem is a lot more real than you think.
Time will tell, and it won’t take long.
To: Travis McGee
He didn’t lie. Come on.....read what he said. He said he would not take them away under the constitution. He will take them away under his UN bill that is waiting to be passed due to inaction.
