ROTFL!! I think it IS part of a clever disguise attempt! Look at the little spot of hair below the hat, next to his eye, above the scarf- it's black and short. Which bring on entirely new set of questions.

I mean, really, if you had your choice of disguise wigs, why would you go with the long, dark grey curly? "I really like the glamor of the curls, but I need to blend with the locals. So, I'll go with the grey. It will bring out my eyes."
