The 2012 ticket was revealed as they walked out. Governor Palin reached out and touched Gov Barbour on the upper arm/shoulder.

Like Obama, Sarah Palin is a Star, a Phenomenon.

But she is a Star with Substance - somebody who represents better than any recent political figure, the values of traditional America - the values that made America the great nation Ronald Reagan left it, and two Bushes and a Clinton destroyed.

Pass it on.

Palin in 2012!!!!!!!!!!

I love it...Sarah all the time BEFORE the election and Sarah all the time AFTER the election. People just can’t get enough of her.

Sarah has a bit more severity in her tone much like the way she normally is up here in Alaska, McCain had her too hobbled, perhaps now she can run like a snagged King Salmon.

I know this won't make people here happy.

I just don't think Palin has what it takes to top a national ticket. Call it depth, call it timber.

I just keep hearing the same phases from her that were fine at first, but show a lack of depth at this point.

I really thought her interview with Greta while cooking was disconcerting. She seemed to be trying very hard to project an appealing image of nonchalant dual competence, but I got the impression of someone who was struggling at both tasks.

Sorry, I call it the way I see it.

Me thinks Sarah loves MSM attention has much as her failed partner McCain. And we all know what McCain was willing to do for media attention (sell our party down the river when it was convenient for face time). If Sarah has desires for higher office she should focus more on her current job (than with CNN interviews) she should become more versed in those skill sets needed for such and get herself away from the need of MSM attention.

But it seems through observation of late, she just loves it a little too much.

I’m sorry but she is NOT the savior of the GOP. She is obviously accomplished in order to be Gov. of Alaska but I do not see her a presidential timber. If the GOP gloms onto her as the hope for 2012 it gurantees another 4 years of Obama. I know...I suck. It’s just my observations

Sarah really hit the bailout pretty hard..good for her. I think some of those governors didn't want to hear that because they are selfishly asking for bailouts for their states and companies in their states...like Regan said..let them go their seperate way...true conservatives and libertarians want no part of big government, even if that means not getting a handout for themselves.
