If the candidates weren’t certified, the election has to be a do over, right? That also means the primaries weren’t valid because unqualified candidates changed the landscape of te electoral process.

I kind of hope not. The USSC might be willing to invalidate Obama’s presidency, but order new elections?

I really do not think there would be another election. I have never heard of a ANT question concerning a candidate's constitutional qualifications until Arnold ran for Governor of CA. Then it was cleared that he could run for Governor, but he could never run for President. There is really no question on the qualifications of Biden or Sarah, but just McCain and Obama.

Guess we will hear before January 20th if the Presidential qualifications stated in the Constitution actually matter and will be verified.
