The Washington Post's "Reliable Source" gossip column reports that unrepentant domestic terrorist Bill Ayers is coming to downtown Washington for a book event at a radical coffeehouse. (They have no word on whether Ayers will also have a job interview for Secretary of Education.) In a brief article with the cutesy headline "He Weathered the Election, Now He Comes to D.C.," Roxanne Roberts and Amy Argetsinger breezily discuss Bomber Bills buzz:
Customers at the lefty coffeehouse Busboys and Poets are doing double takes when they see the big display of the new book "City Kids, City Schools" by William Ayers. Yes, that William Ayers -- the former Weather Underground radical whose acquaintance with Barack Obama dogged the president-elect during the campaign. The Chicago education professor is making his first post-election public appearance next Monday evening at the 14th and V gathering spot.
"People need to know who the real Bill Ayers is and what he stands for," said owner Andy Shallal, who booked the appearance about a month ago. The buzz, he said, has been "tremendous"; he expects a packed house. "Part of what we do is educate," said Shallal. "The democratic process can only be done when people have all the information at their fingertips."
On her national radio show Monday morning, Laura Ingraham joked that after the book signing comes a demonstration of "how to build a small detonation device." The calendar on the Busboys and Poets website preaches at the public to hear about the "inspiring resources" on education from Ayers.
William Ayers will sign and discuss his two books - City Kids, City Schools: More Reports from the Front Row - and it's companion- City Kids, City Teachers: Reports from the Front Row. Free and open to all. In these inspiring resources, William Ayers explores the surprising realities of city classrooms from kindergarten through high school. With its upbeat mix of ready-to-share city kids memoirs and classroom strategies, William Ayers reflects on how improving urban education is more essential than ever. It is a useful guide as well as a call to action for anyone who teaches or has taught in the city, for those considering teaching in urban schools, and for every parent with children in our schools today.
This radical-left coffeehouse now has two DC locations and a shop in nearby Arlington, Virginia. NPR producers watched debates there.

The more publicity Bill Ayers gets, the better it is for Conservatives.
He has nerve to use the F word like the foul mouthed pig he is.
Is this his new book I don't follow terrorists I have no idea.
Unless you live in Hyde Park, Chicago, where
1. You can stomp on the American flag for fun,
2. Refuse to apologize for advocating mass murder,
3. Spend $150 million intended for the benefit of children without helping a single student.
....and still be called a "respected and distinguished member of the community."
----Must be the Grecian Formula?
Here's one of the more infamous:
"This is a guy [Bill Ayers] who lives in my neighborhood, who's a professor of English..."
ROFL...they may not even hide Ayers anymore..lol
RE: “If anyone ever deserved a flaming bag of poo, its Ayers”

Yep, and I’ve got a dog who’s ready, willing and ABLE to provide same! Now what was that Chicago address of “guy in neighborhood” again?
Re the Ayers photo............
Nice earrings, Billy!
From David Horowitz's FrontPageMag.com/DiscoverTheNetworks.org:
March 6, 1970: "three members of the Weather Underground accidentally killed themselves in a Manhattan townhouse while attempting to build a powerful bomb they had intended to plant at a social dance in Fort Dix, New Jersey -- an event that was to be attended by U.S. Army soldiers. Hundreds of lives could have been lost had the plot been successfully executed."

"The bomb was intended to be planted at a non-commissioned officer's dance at Fort Dix, New Jersey.
The bomb was packed with nails to inflict maximum casualties upon detonation."

2007 Fort Dix attack plot
A group of six radical Islamist[1] men, allegedly plotting to stage an attack on the Fort Dix military base in New Jersey, United States, were arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on May 7, 2007. They were subsequently charged with planning an attack against U.S. soldiers. The alleged aim of the six men was said to be to "kill as many soldiers as possible".[2] Their trial began on October 20, 2008. [3]
Opening arguments were presented on October 20, 2008.
Assistant U.S. Attorney William Fitzpatrick said the defendants were inspired by jihad saying "Their motive was to defend Islam. Their inspiration was Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.
Anas “Andy” Shallal (born March 21, 1955 in Baghdad, Iraq) is an Iraqi-American artist, activist and restaurateur best known for owning and operating Busboys and Poets in Washington, DC.

he visited and provided catering for Cindy Sheehan and other activists at Camp Casey in Crawford, Texas
Shallal is a recipient of the United Nations Human Rights Community Award and has been named Man of the Year by the Washington Peace Center.
I read some of the excerpts in Ayers book I posted a link to and it is very strange writings. He says his memory is gone. How convienent.
That’s quite a compilation! bookmark
The documentary about the Weather Underground is online. If you watch it, you realize that only one or two of them are repentant. None of the women are.
Yes. Those two (blanks) are even grandparents.
From the clip I watched when O'Reilly's producer tried to interview Ayers outside his 'house', it seems like they all live together in Ayers' Hyde Park Mansion as his son was with him. That commie maggot is a real piece of work. He rages against the evils of capitalism yet they reap all its rewards (both he and Dorhn have high paying jobs and a Mansion)
Yep, it would be a real shame if some left wing loon capped his and Dorhn's (blank) for being hypocritical sellouts to 'the man'.
(Not that I'm advocating violence or anything against these anti American subversive terrorists. That would be soooooooooo wrong).
Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)
"Each of the delegates were given the convention issue of New Left Notes, which contained a manifesto, "You don't need a Weatherman to know which way the wind blows." This manifesto had been first presented at the Spring, 1969, SDS National Council Meeting in Austin, Texas. The document had been written by an eleven-member committee that included Mark Rudd, Bernardine Dohrn and John Jacobs, and represented the position of the Revolutionary Youth Movement (RYM) wing of SDS, most of which subsequently turned into the Weather Underground Organization. The New Left Notes issue distributed at the convention was full of the language of the Old Left of the thirties; and was thus impenetrable and irrelevant to the majority of SDSers."

From David Horowitz's FrontPageMag.com/DiscoverTheNetworks.org:
"FBI files from 1976, recently made public under the Freedom of Information Act, confirm the connections between Weatherman, Havana, and Moscow. Weatherman leaders like Mark Rudd traveled illegally to Havana in 1968 to engage in terrorist training. There, camps set up by Soviet KGB Colonel Vadim Kotchergine were educating Westerners both in Marxist philosophy and urban warfare."

Thanks. Lots more like it on my FR Home/About page.
Ayers has not repented yet in this book he claims memory problems. He is a liar. He remembers all.
The timing being "unfortunate," it never sold well. So now he's re-releasing it, to turn the knife -- in addition to a new book, written by both he and Dohrn, "Racecourse to White Supremacy" -- a condemnation of racist capitalism in Amerikkka, the country that Ayers says "makes me puke" -- coming soon to the NYT best seller list, I'm sure.
Ayers is one of the most vindictive, smug, arrogant bastards to pollute the planet, and his wife is a psychopathic killer, but he knows how to talk the talk, and language is all-important in the academic world he inhabits. If you want to get away with blowing up buildings, just tell everyone you're a social activist, that you're a progressive fighting for social justice, and that will usually give you a pass.
As George Orwell wrote, "political language ... is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable."
