Does anyone know the legislative angle of this? It sounded like 0 would have to get congress on board to set up court arrangements for those left to try (sounds like about 175 guys). An executive order will not do it. So, who can we put pressure on to publicize/stop the measure? Will the spaghetti-spined guys in the senate do anything?
