Obviously more work needs to be done than to post a simple thread so thats a given. I also know I`ll probably get flamed by some for suggesting this, I don`t care. I`m already working on "hunkering down" and this Christmas sales season can forget about our contribution, and thats an important key.Christmas sales drive the coming consumer season and they can forget about our money. Look at it this way, the retail smuck or pimple faced whiner that you would be supporting with your spending are likely rat voters, well they`re not getting my money that easy. The web sites didn`t seem to load so here`s the main one again http://modernconservative.com/metablog_single.php?p=2206

Will the government be participating in
“Operation Thrift”
OR is that just for the little people?

I’ve been seeing this attitude more often lately. Is this one of those “fire on our own troops in order to confuse the enemy” sort of things?

I suggest researching and posting advertisers propping up the MSM that brought us this nightmare. I would like to propose no one purchase these advertisers products and let them know why. They supported and paid for the fraud that was perpetrated upon the American people. Same goes for Letterman, the Oprah, Madonna, and the celebrities that used their status to perpetrate this fraud as well. Go after their sponsors. Just a thought to start the payback rolling. Any and all ideas are welcome.

What about companies that support(ed) Republicans?
I want a list.

Your idea is RIGHT ON!!!! An organized minority can always win against an unorganized majority.

Its a fight back any legal way we can sort of thing. If we conservatives are the “evil rich”, then we should be able to make a nice dent in an already sinking economy.

You really need to help me with this logic: we are in a sinking ship, so we need to make the hole in the hull larger?

Its a good way to slow their agenda. Even “the one” has had to acknowledge the fact they just don`t have the money to provide the moocher grab bag they wanted,I wonder how minie the moocher feels about that?

It would be great if there was a web site that listed commonly purchased items and which companies to avoid and which ones to patronize. If I want a can of green beans I would like to enter green beans and get a response of which makers to a avoid and which to purchase. I could care less if it is Green Giant or DelMonte, just the company who contributes least to Obama and the Rat party. These everyday purchases could make a huge difference if the information was readily available and we all used it.

If they have a abundance of cash they will be able to institutionalize ALL their Utopian plans.Just like the welfare programs of “the great society” they`ll become initiative sucking, money mooching vampires that will never die, no matter how many stakes you drive into their hearts.

For those who give to charities: My wife and I are vetting our charities a little more carefully and, in general, avoiding any that are not related to our Church, and those whose causes may appear to be neutral but the majority of whose employees are obvious lefties, liberals, or the like.
For example, in this summer's ads the MS Society described itself as a "collective". I know some of the people who work there and they are all libs. They voted to punish those who have enough time and money to give both to them.
The Catholic Church has some outrageously leftie charities but also plenty of good conservative outfits. We'll give the same proportion of our income, but we'll say no to lefty charities.

You really need to help me with this logic: we are in a sinking ship, so we need to make the hole in the hull larger? Look at it this way: your ship had a really big hole punched in it on November 4 and it is going to sink whether you like it or not.
You do have a choice to get on the life boat with as much of your luggage as you can or you can choose to go down with the ship.

Nice. Except in our example, there are no lifeboats.

Also,it is a chance to keep them off balance till we can rebuild a Conservative party to begin the daunting task of retaking the congress and eventually the white house. As I said,I believe the sheeple won`t care about Bush in two years, the hype about the one was too intense, look at the way he`s had to burst their fragile little bubbles already.Well we need to show them he`s no miracle worker, you let the economy repair itself in a year and forget about sending him packing in 4 years, thats a guarantee!

Now you are coming closer to one of my pet peeves: one either rebuilds the grassroots, or not.
If one is worried about the other side, then what's the point?

The economy repair in a year—surely you jest.
Quit doing business with anyone who voted for this fool, the beautician, the barber, the local hardware store, etc.
