Clinton faced the same dilemma in November of 1992. So he called a summit that confused everything
During CNNs broadcast of Barack Obamas first press conference on Friday, a corner of the screen flickered with a live feed of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. As Obama spoke, the Dow average lost more than 100 points. In his brief statement and question session, the president elect of the United States said next to nothing about anything. There were no signs of the Yes We Can positivism of the campaign in his low-key, even halting manner. What little he did say may well signal the beginning of a new phase in Obamamania: No we cant.

I’m taking it all a little more personally.
No.
I won’t.
Tell it to the people who voted for an empty suit with no friggen CLUE about running a country! All he knows is SOCIALISM, which he was indoctrinated with since birth!
He might as well admit now that he is a charlatan and that his entire campaign was a scam.
He's got four years to manufacture some new phony crisis.
Thank heavens. Anything he’d WANT to do would be a nightmare for the rest of us. The only Obama slogan I’ve liked so far: “No, I guess I can’t!”
I think that the majority of his dumba$$ supporters don’t really care what he can or cannot do. Heck, they don’t even know who he is or what he stands for, therefore they won’t be disappointed by what he fails to do or what limits he places on our freedoms. All they care about is that there is a REAL “African American” going to the white house.
Hope and change.
Clever and True. Obama’s in the second phase of his takeover, decrease expectations. Then, when his four years are up and he is unable to change everyone’s lives across the world for the better, people will still be willing to vote him back into office.
What happened to the great healing power of “The One”— the Munificent, the All-Caring “Messiah”? Where are the leg tingles? When will the oceans begin to recede?
My kids saw it. Said he said a lot of “uhh...blah...blah” My son was ready for him to say, “Uh...Bread, milk, cheese. Oops! Wrong side of the paper.” Yet, everyone made fun of President Bush’s speeches and think this guy speaks well?
Buyer’s remorse starting already?
Oooh I like that! Our 2012 campaign slogan can be “No he didn’t”!
Actually, the Obamazombies are counting on the Obamessiah to provide them with free gasoline, mortgage payments, HDTV’s,etc.
NO I WON’T.
Just love it!!!!
Kumbaya, my Lord, kumbaya
Kumbaya, my Lord, kumbaya
Kumbaya, my Lord, kumbaya
O Lord, kumbaya
THAT's gonna leave a mark...
The Agenda
President-Elect Obama and Vice President-Elect Biden have developed innovative approaches to challenge the status quo in Washington and to bring about the kind of change America needs.
The Obama Administration has a comprehensive and detailed agenda to carry out its policies. The principal priorities of the Obama Administration include: a plan to revive the economy, to fix our health care, education, and social security systems, to define a clear path to energy independence, to end the war in Iraq responsibly and finish our mission in Afghanistan, and to work with our allies to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, among many other domestic and foreign policy objectives.
They shouldn't have walked into the kitchen if they didn't want the heat ...
