On January 20, 1942, Nazi officials met in the resort of Wannsee east of Berlin where they devised the Final Solution, and this has traditionally been taken by historians as the beginning of the Nazis' extermination campaign.

It began LONG before 1942, in the early '30s, with the systematic extermination of the insane (including many thousands of post-tramatic-stress-syndrome WWI veterans...), the retarded, the terminally ill, and of course in abortion of "undesireables"...

But, ironically having Jews in ownership positions was convenient for hiding business assets. One way of accomplishing that was purchasing Jewish identities from wealthy, accomplished Jews that were eliminated early on by the Reich.

Back in the 30s. Many of those identities were also sold to spies and strategically placed globally too.
