The German newspaper Bild published never-before-seen architectural plans of the Auschwitz extermination camp on Saturday that reveal, in their unequivocally marked sections, that everyone involved in the operation of Auschwitz knew full well that it was intended for the systematic extermination of human beings, the paper said.
The floor plans, cross-sections and maps on yellowing paper, mostly on a scale of 1:100, were reportedly found during the evacuation of an abandoned Berlin apartment. They were drawn up between 1941 and 1943.
The 28 documents include detailed blueprints of prisoner barracks, gas chambers marked clearly Gaskammer (Gas chamber) in a Gothic-inspired font and a cross-section of the gate into which the rails of trains entered carrying Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, disabled persons and other people the National Socialists sent to die.
One of the maps carries the handwritten signature of Gestapo commander Heinrich Himmler.
The plans were not construction plans but were drawn after Auschwitz-Birkenau was built (on the foundations of an old military base from the Austro-Hungarian Empire).
On January 20, 1942, Nazi officials met in the resort of Wannsee east of Berlin where they devised the Final Solution, and this has traditionally been taken by historians as the beginning of the Nazis' extermination campaign.
One of the drawings, predating the Wannsee Conference by eight months, sheds new light on the chronology of the German genocide machine.
Dr. Hans-Dieter Kreikamp, chief director of the Bundesarchivs, the federal archives in Berlin, said the find was of "extraordinary importance."
"The plans are authentic certificates of a systematically planned genocide of European Jews," Bild quoted Kreikamp as saying.
As the plans show a "Laundry and shower room" leading into a "Dressing room" and then to the "Gas chamber," there could be no doubt of the purpose of the large room marked Gaskammer.
The documents rebut the last of those who would deny the Holocaust, Bild said in its report.

A few years ago, I read that the same company that designed and built the crematoriums, was given a contract to design a continues, belted oven. Corpses are laied down, and five hundred feet later, the ash pile drops into a grinding bin, then into a dump truck.
I think they did the plans up.
The Nazi's were getting ready to work up the scale to do the Russians, Slavs, and so forth and need vastly more efficient death factories.

So many folks in Europe at that time risked their lives to protect Jewish children.
One of our Canal Zone Rabbis and another little boy were rescued by a Roman Catholic priest. Those two little kids passed themselves off as good Roman Catholics.
In the end, the Catholic priest was fingered and went to the gas chambers.
I honestly do not understand this.

Fully agree with that. I felt the same way after seeing Dachau (outside of Munich). It was veiled in the silent snow, but the air; the atmosphere is forever heavily tinged with the memories of the atrocities there. It is a tangibly sad place, and must always be kept open for Tours so that the people will never forget......
Because too many Jews still think that Hitler was some kind of right-wing Christian fundamentalist.

The number one nightmare of Obama supporting jews is American “Nationalism”.
The people who deny the holocaust don't do so on the basis of proof or evidence, they do it on the basis of antisemitism...and that's not going to be changed by the discovery of plans indicating a gas chamber.
No. The Gothic style font became a lot less common after WWII. The Gothic style font was much more common in printed documents before the 20th century, while the use of a Latin font became more common throughout the 20th century. So blueprints from the Nazi period could have used a Gothic or a Latin font.
These blueprints should be reproduced and widely published because as time goes by more and more wicked people will try to convince the world that the Holocaust never happened. It is interesting that some kooks who have all sorts of weird conspiracy theories about everything are the same people who try to claim that the well-documented crimes of the Nazi period never happened!
Disagreements on political philosophy does not automatically mean the other side is evil. I did not vote for Obama nor can I imagine a scenario in which I would. I do not like him nor agree with him on many issues and his fundamental political underpinnings disturb me.
BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE HIM EVIL. It's amazing how people immediately equate him with Hitler, Stalin, Mao, etc. because he is a Democrat. Perhaps he is evil - perhaps you are too. But lets base judgments on facts and not an overheated imagination.
I am very disappointed that he will likely be elected in December and sworn in in January. I fear he will make poor decisions and appoint people with whom I do not agree.
I AM PROUD THAT AMERICA ELECTED HIM. That is one of the fundamental things that makes America the greatest country in the galaxy. The transition will be peaceful and straightforward. How many countries in the world can have an open an free election that changes the political landscape so much? Maybe 15 out of 200? The Republic will survive. Remember in 2000 all the talk about the permanent demise of the Democratic party?

He’s evil because of his deeds and his choices and his partnerships (with some of the people who have helped and backed him)
I can mention Jeremiah Wright and William Ayers and that should be evil enough. Obama ridicules those who hold to the Bible (and also “guns”). That’s evil enough, too. He speaks for abortion (along with a lot of others, too) and that’s a very evil practice that he condones and promotes, making him another promoter of evil (in that practice).
As a Marxist (i.e., taking on the philosophy of Marxism), that totally anti-God philosophy, and thus evil.

Without something objective and not emotional, it's hard to equate Obama and Farrakhan (which I think was the point of your post, but it's hard to be sure.)
Ayers should be in prison. But I cannot understand why the Reagan, Bush, and Bush administrations did not try him. Clearly, they are part of the vast conspiracy.
