Fukino did say "[Fukino] personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

But she didn't say if it was Hawaiian issued or other. Hawaii allowed for a Certification of Live Birth document to be recorded well after the birth of a foreign born individual.

Coming at this from a different perspective. IF this eventually is shown to be factual in that Dear Leader was NOT eligible and the RINO Governor knew this to be so, can she be legally charged with anything??
