A Sheridan High School teacher, 27-year-old Melissa Snow, was suspended from her job and free on bail after her arrest Wednesday by Denver police on a charge of having sex with a male student.
She posted $50,000 bond on charges of sexual assault by a person in a position of trust and sexual assault with a pattern of behavior.
The latter charge resulted from suspicion "that this happened more than once," said Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson, who would not elaborate on the details.
The tip that led to the arrest was provided by a school employee, but Sheridan police turned the case over to Denver because the alleged sexual assaults happened there, Sheridan police Cmdr. Diane Stone said.

did they do “safe sex”? I wonder about things like this because we hear all this stuff about schools teaching kids to use condoms, and being completely non-judgemental about sex matters.
Heck that kind of attitude could even lead to student teacher sex. Because if the attitude is that there’s no reason not to have sex, and no judgements are made, about any number or any gender of partners, how can you think that student teacher sex is wrong? Neither the student or the teacher would think they are doing anything that they shouldn’t be doing.

It is possible that she was just doing some extra tutoring on the subject with one of her slow learners.
That means she’s inbred....:-)
It really is hard to tell she is not one of the students in those MS pics. It seems some kids become teachers just so they can go back to high school!
Actually — after reviewing the picture at her website — I would rate her “Coyote Ugly”.....
